They are renovating the place, and this was our second time there. The first time, there was a working restaurant where they served breakfast in the morning. This time, they only had a separate breakfast area. Either way, the breakfast here is always nice and filling before going for a hike. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The view and the feeling of the place are perfect!

There was no working reception while we stayed there due to renovations. The door didn't close automatically because the lock was a bit old, so we had to push it in each time. If we forgot, the room would be left open.

Good accommodation, modern, clean, sleeps well. The very good, hearty breakfast is on the ground floor of the building, in the Olivia Restaurant. There is some constancy in terms of m.d., but the hot appetizers change every day, partially. I appreciated the effort and diversification. A mirror at the entrance would be good. An additional piece of furniture like a hanger with a larger mirror would be a suggestion for improvement.

The breakfast time, 7.30-9.30, could be a problem for those who sleep more in the morning, like our son. The extension until 10.30 would please many more sleepy tourists.

The apartment was lovely. is a walking distance from the cable car to Harebinok. It had everything required for an extended stay, including parking and a washing machine. The internet was strong. The breakfast is very good and served in the dining room of the apartment building.

The reception desk is a few minutes walk from the house. In the evening it was difficult to get assistance when needed

Fantastic room - very clean and spacious, lovely balcony to admire the view Facilities in the room great - enough room to feel comfortable, shower very hot and powerful, coffee machine was well used too Breakfast was sufficient for setting us up for a days walking. Close enough to the town to be handy, but not too busy. Easy to get to the walks/ trailheads

Restaurant closed quite early (7pm some nights) which is seemingly not uncommon in the area but was not always convenient ( not least as other eating options had similarly closed!). But we always found somewhere to eat

Great location, clean, easy and free parking, nice staff, great comfy and well equipped rooms, quiet.

No reception, you have to pick-up the keys from a different hotel, only basic breakfast options and occasionally the cafe is open downstairs, no restaurant.

We were a group of 4, and stayed for 3 nights. The separate bedroom and the bedroom on the "second" floor were perfect for us. We had a balcony room with a mountain view, it was gorgeous. The room itself had everything we needed and it was very light and clean.

The pillows were the only things that didn't work very well. They were too soft for me, as if there were no pillows at all.

Everything was great, amazing apartments. Everything needed was there, stuff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very plain but tasty and everyday there was something new in the menu.

The only thing I didn’t really like were the pillows - too big and too soft for me.

Everything: service, cleanness, continues supply of needed stuff (like Dishwasher capsules, caffee capsules, etc), nice restaurant, good food, nice and helpful staff, location (calm)

I was incredibly impressed with the villa and apartments. The restaurant for dinner had very tasty food, the staff is friendly and happy to help. The room is large, the view from the balcony is simply fabulous, everything was clean and fresh. The bathroom has a heated floor and a washing machine with a drying function
