Beautiful building in stunning location. Very handy for the train station. The hotel is very well hidden in the trees which affords it a good level of privacy. Our room was very spacious - we loved the heated floor in the bathroom - just right for a mountain hotel. Breakfast was very good. The staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Lots of little things weren't provided as promised. There was no mountain view from our room - in fact there were hardly any rooms with such a view. No mini bar (we probably wouldn't have used it anyway). The lead on the kettle was so short it had to go on the floor. Nothing major though - Greenwood gets a thumbs up from us and we'd stay there again.

The hotel is in a nice environment. The location of the accommodation is very good, close to everything, quiet area. They have a small garden, deckchairs, a cat, and a terrace with flowers. They have an elevator and a permanent reception. Nice staff. We could see the mountains from our room. We had two small balconies, sofas, large spaces. The bed mattress was incredibly comfortable. Overall, except for a few things, everything was fine.

The hotel next door is unfortunately quite noisy, so we slept with the window closed, but it was quiet and peaceful. The hand dispenser was broken and fell, so we couldn't use it, we used our own soap. The shower head was not adjustable either, these need to be repaired. The breakfast was very tasty, but we felt it was a little poor. It was good for 1 breakfast, but it might get boring every day. The style of the room's furnishings is a bit strange and poor for me. If I could give you a piece of advice, I would add more pictures, even running artificial flowers, colors, maybe a table and a chair in the middle of the large room, because it's all very empty. It would matter a lot because of the atmosphere.

Breakfast was very good. It was well done and had a good variety of choices. We were very happy with it .

The advertisement claimed laundry service was available, but we were told , upon arrival, that the washing machine was broken, sorry. This was not a major issue for us, but our overall multi-city trip had been planned with the expectation, based on information provided by the hotel, that we would be able to wash our clothes there. We couldn't, in fact. We liked the place a lot, just fix the damn washer! 🙂

Very pleasant little hotel with friendly staff, we had home-like feeling during our stay. We had breakfasts and dinners. Everything was homemade, super delicious.

Wi-fi connection at 3rd floor was terrible... And we had an apartment and I will rather put Tv in the living room than in bedroom

Pillows need replacing they were lumpy. Noisy children’s toys should be removed from the children’s area in the dining room

Very nice and comfy room with a view of High Tatras. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Also the location is very good, close to the cableway station.

Neighbouring hotel has been built so, that you feel like in its backyard. Neighbouring hotel back and service entries are facing this hotel...

Big room with comfortable bed. Staff was very nice and supportive with requests.

We did cancel the dinner buffet. We ate out because it did not appeal to us at all.

The breakfast was very good, the receptionist ( young girl) was very helpful and nice, the location was close to the center.

WI Fi signal was poor, the second room was small.
