Very good breakfast, all seemed high quality, what suprised me they had several types of milk (standard, almond, oath, delactosed etc.) there was even kefir as an option. Very good location close to advanture centers, beer place, coffee places and restaurants, parking on spot.

We didn't mind but you could see design style is dated, however well preserved and clean. The beds could use better matraces (even though maybe the best from the 3 we had in Slovenia). Also we got the last free place in the parking, so if we came later it might be a problem.

Breakfast was excellent with a vast array of food to choose from. This was particularly good for me as I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of options available. The location suited me very well. I am accustomed to having a fridge and tea and coffee facilities in my room. These weren’t available, but I managed well enough without them and enjoyed my stay.

My only concern was that my room was quite cold and there was no option to warm it as the heating is centrally located and switched off for summer.

Room was very clean, location was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

It wasn't made clear that there was limited parking on the premises. Alternative parking was at a sister hotel that was a little bit of a walk. This becomes a big deal when it is pouring rain and you have to haul your suitcase for a 5-10 minute walk. A shuttle would be very helpful.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Alp. The hotel was very beautiful, located in a very quiet area, perfect for resting. The room we were assigned had a balcony with an amazing view and the bathroom was very large. Breakfast had a lot of variety and the scrambled eggs were especially great.

Nothing, all went well.

- Breakfast was absolutely amazing, so much better than I would expect for a 3-star hotel. - The hotel is located right at the city center. - The guy at reception was very nice and helpful giving recommendations and answering a bunch of questions we had.

- Parking area is pretty small so unless you arrive early, you need to park outside (either paid parking, or walk a 1km to the free parking). - There were many stairs to take from the reception till getting to the room which was quite uncomfortable. - Lady in the restaurant was pretty rude when I asked for a couple of glasses. - Lots of flying bugs right outside the room. It's normal for that area but I would expect to have nets installed in the window as there is no AC.

good location , good breakfast , good room and a bonus if you opt not to have your room serviced

No air conditioning although for most of the year this would not be used , limited parking at the hotel although they do offer parking in other locations

The hotel is right in the center, the room is clean and the breakfast is simply amazing-great variety, for every taste! The staff is nice and helpful!

The parking is a little bit small for the hotel capacity, we had to park 400 m away because there was no place left. But overall our stay has been amazing!

Lovely hotel in great location in centre of town. Large bedroom with excellent bathroom. All very modern. Good restaurant for dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good. Lovely balcony. Very quiet. Welcoming staff.

First they did a reservation mistake, but after staff was nice and we got an upgrade for our honey moon stay. We are greatful for that. This suite room was very nice with a perfect view to the mountains. Breakfast is abundant.

If you book in booking according to their fullness of bookings, they decide if they give you twin or double bed. It can be a bad suprise... Unfortuantely sauna and wellness was closed during our stay... (and probably this full season)

Horrible toilet paper dispenser, basically you can easily get stuck without paper while doing the job (without a special key)
