We enjoyed the amazing views, the pool, the lovely comfy loungers, the bedroom and shower are great as was the balcony. Not too crowded. Location was great and whist the hotel have activities to boom on site, we booked with a company 2 minutes walk away which was very convenient. Breakfast was good (crepes, meat and cheese, bread, fruit, salad, cereal etc) The rooftop spa was the highlight.

We felt around £200 per night was quite steep but I'm unsure of the other options nearby. There were no tea/coffee facilities in our deluxe room and when I asked for a breakfast teabag at breakfast, we were offered one but at a charge. We didn't feel like the hospitality reflected the price of the hotel and felt like intruders at points, rather than guests.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Soča. The rooms were extremely spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a clean, stylish atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with a view overlooking the hotel’s beautiful pool area, which added a relaxing touch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the location is also ideal: quiet yet just a short walk from the centre of the town and close to all the natural attractions in the Soča Valley. The buffet breakfast was generous and delicious with fresh local ingredients. Also the hotel offers any different outdoor activities that can be organised directly with them and although we didn't try any we're sure it would be a pretty cool experience Overall highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-located hotel in the heart of Slovenia’s outdoor paradise. We’d definitely stay again :)

Nice location, parking at hotel, big rooms

Breakfast was not so perfect, not huge variety. The hot parts of breakfast (eg. Sausages, eggs) were either cold or not ready. The eggs were not ready even after 20 minutes when breakfast started. This should not happen in 4star hotel. Also was no so delicious. Also sauna is available in the hotel but it is considered as private and therefore you have to book it in advance. But you do not get this information from hotel in advance....Just when you arrive and then it is probably too late to book it for the same day.

Spacious and thoughtfully designed, this was the best hotel room we have stayed in. We loved the modern interior, the large balcony, the space to put things away, the shower / bathroom area - all of it is excellent. The pool is located at the back of the hotel with a view of the mountains with quality poolside furniture to add to the comfort. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Nice modern and cosy hotel, located near the center of small town Bovec (in walking distance to shops and cafés). The rooms have nice balcony and there is a sauna (that you can book for 1 hour private). It is also the perfect base to do water and outdoor activities in the area.

Fitness Center only had 3 machines and no free weights. The toilet is separate, but the bathroom with the sink is inside the room without separation, which we do not like so much.

the hotel interiors and views were amazing! you can even book activities with them. it exceeded our expectations for a 4-star hotel. one of the best hotels in town. they even gave us a little surprise for our honeymoon!

we ended up going late but their reception closes at 10 and you will have to pass a different entrance afterwards with no lift. but other than that, this hotel was perfect! just check in before 10 to avoid any inconvenience

Breakfast was the outstanding part. No eggs from the bag here, everything freshly made and served. Excellent service. Exceeded expectations. Room is spacious and everything is new and clean. Surroundings are quiet.

The quality of the bed provided does not fit a hotel of this price range. Have no issue that its actually set as a 2*90*200 double bed that can be separated - that is fine. However, it feels like a light and flimsy bed you would take out for a extra guest. Recommendation: ask for a south facing side room.

A lovely modern Scandie style hotel sat in the middle of the stunning Soča valley. The rooms were a good size with fantastic Mountain View’s. The staff are fanstastic. Friendly and professional, able to give lots of good recommendations to enjoy the area.

They have a breakfast serving but not lunch or dinner. Might have been a nice option. We asked for a large double and it was two twin beds pushed together which wasn’t quite as good. All minor quibbles as everything else was great

Convenient location in the centre of Bovec, near to shops, bars, restaurants. Good location to be able to explore the Soca Valley and take part in various activities. We did a 10 mile, very scenic hike from the hotel. Rooms very modern and very generous size, with good views of the mountains. We were able to book the sauna/hot tub area for one hour private use, which is included within the stay. This was fabulous, sited on the roof of the hotel with great panoramic views. A relaxing experience after our hike.

Breakfast was charged as an extra, so very expensive stay given the already high cost of the room price.

The staff was all super friendly! Facilities were nice and hotel was modern with comfortable beds, great views and great location close to town. Pool was awesome as we were there during a heat wave :-) Good coffee and nice beer slection at the bar.

Already spoke with staff about this - we had to request for "hot tub" to actually be heated to 100F / 38C. Air conditioning in the room didn't really seem to work, and onn last day the front desk staff could have helped modify the temp for us -- my fault for not asking earlier! 15 euros for breakfast was a bit steep in addition to high room prices.
