The location was perfect—right in the centre of town, making it easy to walk to restaurants and explore. The sauna was a great bonus, the room was clean and well-kept, and check-in was smooth. Parking, both on- and off-site, was straightforward and convenient.

The apartment was well-equipped, including a capsule coffee machine, but only two pods were provided for a two-night stay (and two guests). It’s a small thing, but having a few extra would have been a thoughtful touch—especially since the room wasn’t serviced during our stay. These little details make a difference when travelling and help avoid buying extras for a short visit.

The location was amazing. We arrived just in time for a local festival and could watch the band perform from our window. Cafés, bakery, and restaurants are short walk away, and it’s located one minute drive from the main road. Very close to all the main attractions in the area as well. The room and the bathroom were bigger than we expected, with high ceilings and sunlight that fill it with natural light all day. The sauna and jacuzzi were in perfect condition, though the sauna does take a bit of time to heat up but it is expected. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, even though we didn’t use it. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and there’s a large smart TV in front of the bed for relaxing at the end of the day. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay during our vacation and hoping to come back someday!

The apartment is spacious, king sized bed, large TV. Large kitchen area. The bathroom is as big as a normal bedroom with double spa and sauna as well as a stand alone shower. There is a dishwasher where you must put your dirty dishes. You will be given a code to unlock a box to get your key.

We found it very difficult to find it as google maps can’t find it as the road is split, we ended up going to a pub on a corner, he knew all about it, no-one can find it. We stood at the door where you could see the building - blue & white I think, he said see where that car is parked tucked around the corner, it’s there. They need to provide a better detailed map from google maps or a google map link, or both

The structure is located in the center of the village, where you can book ebike or a rafting adventure or have a good dinner with the local restaurants closed to the structure. The comunication with the host is perfectly clear and we did the self checkin. The apartament is well cured, perfectly clean and modern furnished. There is a private parking. If you are intentioned to used the SPA, consider that it takes more or less 30 minutes to have hot water in the whirlpool.

Excellent location in central Kobarid. Comfortable bed, reasonable sized apartment with a very large bathroom. There is parking for three cars directly below the property and further parking only 50m away in a small reserved car park, all free. Well located for a small town that has quite a few good restaurants in it. We only used the kitchen area for breakfast. The host seemed very responsive. We had an issue with an American couple who for whatever reason had not got their entry instructions for their apartment. I phoned the host for them and he was there within five minutes to sort them out. The apartment has views out over Kobarid square so you can sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.

The sound proofing between apartments could be better. We had a pacer in the room above that got a bit annoying.

We stayed in Apartment 5 at Apartment Hlapi with Spa and the room was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and had all the facilities one would need. The self check-in worked great and the free parking was very convenient. I would highly recommend these apartments. We ate dinner at the pizzeria down the street and grabbed warm croissants for breakfast at the bakery down the street in small strip mall. Delicious.

The apartment is practically brand new and tastefully furnished. It was spotless, with a very well-equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom featuring both a jacuzzi and a sauna. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location couldn’t be better. It’s a self-check-in process, but that went smoothly as well. Everything felt well thought-out and welcoming.

A little challenging to find - GPS was incorrect - but an unexpected gem once we did. Efficient kitchen stocked with pans, plates, silver, etc which met our needs well. Sauna and Jacuzzi tub were appreciated and used. Bed was a bit firm but honestly not enough to change our opinion that this stay was overall very pleasant. Note that there are stairs to the unit (4).

Stove should have a fan to avoid damaging those beautiful cabinets!

Beautifully presented clean apartment. Great location. Hosts communicated well and check in was easy.

We rented two apartments. One on first floor- window blinds and normal height ceiling. Recommend this if you need dark room to sleep. Our room on second floor had vaulted ceiling and roof lights. Beautiful airy room. Roof lights didn’t have blinds- that we noticed but didn’t bother us one bit.

The location on the central square is excellent and fun. We enjoyed having a glass of wine and a snack on the 2nd floor balcony while watching locals and tourists as they passed through the town square. We were able to walk to the mountain bike rental shop, Positive Sport, to the WW I museum and to the Italian war memorial. We went hiking to the Soca river and the water falls straight from our apartment. On one day, an organized gathering of hundreds of motorcycles occurred in the church parking lot across the square. Pretty interesting and well behaved. At night, it was quiet. The windows and doors are excellent quality. The property owners are well known in town and provided good advice on activities. The property has a ground floor storage room available for about four mountain bikes, if you want to rent MTBs for several days. The mountain biking around Kobarid is excellent and scenically beautiful. We were able to park our car immediately in front of the front door to the apartments. Very convenient.

We couldn’t get the spa feature to work for the bath tub in the nice large bathroom. But that was not a big deal, it might have been operator error. :)
