The villa is very private and you get to see some game walking around while relaxing in the pool. We liked that all the rooms have en suite bathrooms, my room had an out door and in door shower. This is a great place to enjoy with friends and family.

Only two out of the four rooms have aircon, which is not ideal during hot summer nights.

It was clean, the pool was clean, no noise restrictions and every was perfect about the property

The road that lead to the property is bad, i would like to book for my family but please get help to Fix the road, even if its not a tar road but the gravel road gets serviced and it doesn't become rocks, fix this and i will visit the property every month.

Room and bedrooms were good as was the patio, pool and boma. Good contact with the housekeeper - was very useful.

Wi-fi would have been good and seemed to be available next door... More details about the reserve would have been nice if you haven't visited before.

Great unit - 273 is a great unit.

Would suggest a small shop at the club house selling basic house amenities

Restaurant was said to close at 5, actually closed at 3:30. When we asked what other options there were for food, we were told to go to a place down the road that was closed. This meant we had chips and sweets for my birthday dinner!!!

I did not like the smell in the rooms and cupboards. It was not bad but room fresher or diffusers can be used for a pleasant smell. There are so many ants.

The location is great , we have our own privacy and we had fun not worried about disturbing neighbors because they were futher away

We did not get the iron when we needed one, the gravel road was a challenge but we made if fun at the end of the day . Have us something to talk About

The toaster needs to be replaced, it no longer pops the roast out. This would be my only recommendation
