I hated the 1st night. They played music until 9 ..very loud it felt like I'm in a location or a tavern The patio was not cleaned still had the previous visitors meat packet and beer bottles Water a problem we couldn't shower the 1st night but was fine after that I did not sleep on the bed in the main bedroom it looked like the bedding was not changed from the previous visitors

The location was easily accessible and convenient. Rooms were clean n comfortable. Staff very friendly n helpful. The outdoor needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness to put a spark n to the beauty of the place,since it's the face of the hotel. Pls work on your gardening n maintenance skills. Nevertheless we had a wonderful stay.

I like the hotel because it is near the resort and near everything, shops and restaurants and receptionist was helpful , thank you

My advice is to make sure your hotel is clean inside and outside, especially the side of the pool it's very dirty and the water is a problem, sometimes there's no water and the shower is cold water, they must maintain the hotel

The breakfast was delicious and the location of the property is closer to Warmbaths and most shops

On Saturday the cleaning stuff only cleaned the rooms in the afternoon around 16:00, that has inconvenienced us as we had to leave the rooms in order to let them clean.

The location is amazing, literally everything is so near. The place is clean and the staff is excellent. I honestly cannot complain.

I didn't like the fact that there two single beds instead of a double bed, I think going forward they should consider bringing double beds for some of us and not two single beds.

Breakfast is the best top class with fresh foods..clean rooms, aircon, tv👌👌

Slippery tiles on the shower thats a total turn off. They need to install non slippery tiles on the shower, someone one day will slip inside the shower. Try to install that showers glass nice and close that gap between the wall and the glass and give us mops to wipe all the water came from the shower please, i was at room no 22 Also install Heatpump for your Swimming Pool the water is too cold and its between trees and building shadows please. .

Firstly we had a cold shower from Friday but it wasn't so bad since the weather was hot so we didn't report it. The bed was not comfortable I think maybe the ower should buy double bed if it's double not the joining of beds, it is not comfortable. I had a chat with the guy in the reception about the shower and the bed. I hope next time we will have comfortable bed and a hot shower.

Wow the place is beautiful is around town stuff very friendly and the place is very safe

I wish the staff should check that everything in the room is working properly before the guest arrives, especially when the room was booked way in advance. Example Aircon. Instead of resting peacefully on the bed after a long trip, I had to sit on the chair waiting for the staff member to finish fixing the Aircon

In room 8 at the apartment side i found cardboard which was broken but i thought management knows about it so only to find out in the morning wen i check out that they tell me that they were also not aware of it and for that i felt like i was robbed to pay for damage that i found in the facility.😥😥😥😥😥

Left side wen enter the gate there s no proper fencing,the swimming pool was not clean for my liking yes it was there as i requested but the water looked dirty.
