Incredible facilities. Amazing Wildlife. Maintenance of the Units needs attention. Chef Alex Luwani is incredible. Jabulani Shange should be promoted to General Manager of the Hotel, and not just being the Barman - his service providing and Peoples's skill are exceptional. Phillip, Steven, Heindrick 1, Hendrick 2, and Aaron all need to be highly commended.

Maintenance of the Units as well as other facilities. The Urinal in the main building has been leaking for weeks, wasting water. Jabulani reported iton numerous occasions, but General management is not adhereing to his call.

The staff at Zebula Boutique Hotel was very friendly, helpful and professional. The food was the best!! Rooms are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again

I didn’t like the game drive, because some of the animals showed on the website, e.g elephants, zebras, we did not see them.

Room was spacious. Bathrooms clean. Staff friendly.

Food portions were too big. It felt like eating at a pub. The bar fridge cupboard was dirty. They also need to clean under the beds. Need to have a user friendly shower gel decanter.

Amazing staff who are always willing to go the extra mile - all of them were great. Fani and the Chef were however outstanding and made us truly felt at home.

Because it was a vodacom golf challenge weekend, the music (which started at 22:30) from the braai that was hosted at the WB Boma on Saturday night was rather too noisy and was allowed to continue until too late (early hours of the morning). This stole our joy.

Beautifully setting, tranquil and peaceful. Love the location and the main hotel bar and restaurant is fantastic.

The accommodation could do with a little bit of an upgrade to keep it in line with the other areas. Bathrooms and rooms feel a little dated by comparison.

I liked the tranquility that comes with WB Hotel, after a long game of golf the dinner was on point and the breakfast was proper.

Not that much everything was good value for money.

When the toilet started leaking and the room was flooded. We had to wake up in the middle of the night, pack our bags and change rooms that was not a good because we ended up loosing our pair of sunglasses🥺

quad bikes experience, plus the friendly staff. they were very patient, took a lot of nice pictures & videos. the game drive was beautiful because we saw a lot of animals. the spa was also nice, friendly staff however the pool was dirty and not working.

the pro shop staff was rude and they only had 3 horses, so they were fully booked on horse riding on the full inclusive deal. They also don’t answer calls so we struggled to verify our booking and reserve activities.

The staff was very friendly, house keeping was also good and it was noise free

The room didn't have a microwave oven.
