The service, Augustin, Zama and Enoch were amazing. Emily as well but at some point it seemed they were complaining about doing what we were asking her. Personally spoke to her about it. But she was nice. The tea replenisher lady...didn't ge7t her name _nice too. Nicolas very patient. Liked Charles as well. Good with the kids. The place is great for people how are not scared of creepy crawlies. The Rangers are good and friendly. Wish to see a young female black ranger one day. The pizza chefs...katlego also nice. You have amazing staff.
Creepy crawlies entering the unit is doors don't close properly. Please fix Bath stopper - rubber is finished and water will be wasted. No buffet breakfast but Augustine made a meal plan for us. Prices for the food is ridiculous. The 150 preservation/reservation fee...please pre communicate or add as part of booking. Please also look at refilling the grass we could see the sky light in some areas. The lights on the pathway to the rooms...make it brighter.

Very comfortable rooms, great facilities for the whole family. Zebra, Wildebeest, monkey and buck roaming around the facilities.
Our room was not ready at the designated check-in time, and we were forced to wait over an hour because the bedding was reportedly "still wet." The reception staff provided no explanation about the facilities, and we were simply directed to our room while soaking wet from the rain. Additionally, we were not informed about the daily room service policy and were surprised to find someone in our room moving our personal belongings.

As you enter Zebula Golf Estate and Spa, the atmosphere is amazing, we were greeted by a giraffe as we entered, what a way to make an entrance. When we got to our room it was exactly as it was on the pictures, absolutely beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were kept clean at all times which was a huge plus. The food could do with some improvement, maybe update the menu for more variety. The spa was exceptional, definately coming back for it. I must also add that the beds were so comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
The food could have been better.

As always staff was great, from reception, Mbuyi (spelling might be incorrect), Nicholas, Anna that assisted with baggage, Sam, Mbali and kitchen staff, Charles, Lucky as well as DJ. Pizza guys was a hit as kids enjoyed the pizzas. My family enjoyed experience. Staff always there to assist. Makes big difference to experience and therefore always a place we love visiting.
Minor things, like challenge with desert Creme Brulee. Also stove not working at Waterberg Boutique hotel so could not have desert there. Lastly maybe indicate location of activities on board as this was challenge finding them.

The staff make our stay very pleasant as it was raining most days. The food was great except for the coffee. How they make birthday very special.
They do not have an enclosed pool, especially for raining days and not a lot of things for kids. So even people who are booked in the resort are treated like day visitors, so daily payments to the facility. The check-in only after 15:00 is not as per booking which is 14:00 so we had 2wait an hour & the pool next to our room was not the best.

The lodge is beautiful and gives you a wonderful safari/bush experience. The room we got was very spacious with beautiful views and mirrors everywhere which made me so happy. The staff members were absolutely wonderful and friendly. The game drive was the highlight of our stay, our driver/tour guide was so sweet and well informed about the animals.
The food was not too great, we were disappointed by the dinner we had on our arrival. The Eisbein was burnt (hard rock) and the sirlon was too small for the price we paid. The rooms need to be fumigated.

The bed was super king size & very comfortable. The 1 bedroom unit was spacious with a well laid out spacious bathroom housing an inside & outside shower and a separate luxury bath tub, as well as 2 separate wash hand basins, the toilet was a seperate room, well thought out. It had black out curtains and plenty cupboard space which was great. Sliding doors onto a small patio with table and chairs overlooking the golf course was pleasurable.
The television made an extremely noisy background sound The aircon/ heater unit made a noisy background sound as well We had a bite to eat in the bar area where a DJ was playing great beats, however, we found the starter meal somewhat pricey.

The place is very quite and peaceful. I love the environment. It brings serenity and harmonizes our soul. We were at peace. I love it and will definitely come back.
The fact that all activities were fully booked. I did not like paying for R150 at the main entrance because I was a residence guest not a daily visitor. I did not understand why I was suppose to pay again to use the swimming pool while I was a guest. That is a day light robbery. Residing guests cannot made to pay for facilities inside and pay entrance fee. If not, try to include this information on your package. We must be well informed otherwise the place is nice and clean We left food in the car (maotwana le dikilana) on our arrival day.😂.The next morning we experienced a crack on the windscreen. We totally forgot of them God"s creator's. However, we laughed😂😂 on our way home. It was our beautiful natural memory.
