Great spa with nice pools and rooms. Providing good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place.

As per description on this booking.com page, it looked like massages are in the price in this spa, but it turned out that needs to be paid additionally.

Breakfast was delicious. The only problem was they only served pork (pork sausages & beacon), I had to request beef or chicken as I don't eat pork. I was happy that they managed to prepare something for me without any hassle.

Nothing. I liked everything. I booked the place for my birthday party, my guests and I were allowed to check in earlier to prepare for the afternoon function. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Even though I had brought an extra staff member from work... they accommodated me with no issues. Well done Mpho...your service delivery is really good.

There was another guest with a child whom my staff member told me was knocking on her door and running away, and this was after 20h00. I heard the noise in the passageway, and we did have to get up early for work the next day...so I think maybe we can advise guests with kids to be more aware to prevent this again. The drain in the basin had a very bad odour... maybe we can use a chemical to take the smell away...it was not very pleasant.

The stuff was super nice....I'd like to thank Sylverster who was working at Reception and another gentleman who was at the bar with him. We were meant to leave at 7am and they brought our breakfast not a second late so we could travel on time. This was my 4th visit to the establishment and still really pleased with it....coming back in February for my daughter's birthday.

I loved everything

The environment, the friendly crew I worked with, the food was delicious.

The ladies who were in charge of rooms (cleaning) are not professional, they even told me and my guests that breakfast is until 09h00 whereas it’s until 10h00. They were standing at the door telling us to check out as we will be charged again at 10h00. I found it very rude and unprofessional.

Privacy

Outside the rooms it is very dirty, the birds are making the place dirty you cannot even sit outside even the chairs are always dirty.The pool you must clean the pool everyday please,it was hot but we did not swim because there were a lot of feathers inside the pool

Breakfast, the room was clean and i loved the fact that staff went all out to decorate the room for our anniversary celebration

The cusion was a bit hard, we couldn't unlock our sliding door from outside, reported that to receptionist

We went to the spa as well and the experience there was just as wonderful. The ladies was exceptionally good in what they were doing and very friendly. Our food was to die for!. The quality and taste was very very nice. We got room service and took our food outside to enjoy next to the pool.

I liked the fact that it wax esay to book and my clients were OK with the establishment, the assistant staff that helped my clients were 👌

The lady that recieved my late arrival clients yesterday was somehow not friendly to my clients checking in, the room allocated to my clients initially didn't have hit water, only had after my clients complained

The place is nice and quiet

We ordered supper, we were notified later that the chef wont make it to work, there is no stand by chef. We should go outside to buy food. If we didn't have a transport, it was gonna be a real problem for us. Stand by chef would do us justice
