We made a last minute booking and our host, Pierre welcomed us with a beautiful large room. We enjoyed the huge centre bath with fragrant shower wash. Our room was comfortable and I loved the open plan layout as well as the comfy couch. Excellent value for money! Breakfast at the kitchen was served fresh with very friendly staff. Food was excellent 👌 😋 I will definitely recommend this venue

As a suggestion I would really appreciate a small barfridge for medicine and basic stuff added to the room.

Beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere and cosy room for an overnight stay. The breakfast was delicious and a big highlight! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The bathroom and bedroom had no wall, everything was open which is not great for privacy. The road to the venue was not in a good condition and almost flooded after heavy rains. A neatly paved walkway to your room, car and restaurant would be nice. Then you don't have to walk on muddy grass and dirty your shoes.

I would definitely recommend Warm Karoo to anybody The welcoming was warm and friendly. Lots of parking and easy access to the rooms - (wide open space) The room was clean and there was coffee/milk/sugar and rusks. The breakfast was superb with friendly service and the fireplace was constantly filled with wood. It was calm and peaceful and everyone spoke Afrikaans xxxx The owners went out of their way to make everything beautiful and comfortable for the guests.

Unfortunately the last part of the road was dirt road

Warm Karoo is located very close to the highway which was great for an overnight stay. It is a beautiful property and the room was great! Will definitely stay here again. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

A preference is to have a small fridge in the room, as well as some water glasses, which our room did not have. But the staff were very helpful to supply glasses upon request.

The establishment was very accommodating and organised and check in was seamless. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The bed was superbly comfortable. The room was spacious and warm. The shower had lots of hot water and the water pressure was perfect.

The only missing item that would have extended our stay would be a microwave in the bedroom for reheating meals for dinner.

Warm Karoo is on the outskirts of Bloemfontein in a very quiet area with farmland and stables near it. We liked the fact that we were able to park our car very close to our cottage which when fully packed is always a security concern. The breakfast was really superb and beautifully presented. We arrived very late due to circumstances beyond our control and the host was very gracious.

The bathroom is part of the bedroom which didn't bother us but could be awkward if sharing with someone you don't know well.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable, although the open-plan bedroom/bathroom situation definitely takes some getting used to... The entire estate was very well maintained.

I would suggest to put blinds or curtains on the big window and sliding door, so that guests are not "bothered" by the bright garden-lights at night.

I was welcomed at Warm Karoo on my arrival. The people, the service, and the venue were all exceptional. Definitely a place to stay if you are staying over in Bloemfontein. Breakfast was great and the service was on point. I'm looking forward to staying over again when I'm back in Bloemfontein.

Breakfast was really a high light..... delicious and so beautifully presented Staff was friendly and very helpful The room was comfortable clean except for the soap dispenser Bed was comfortable and pillows lovely The water of the shower was nice and hot the evening but could only shower with water turned completely to hot side in the morning... Felt a bit alone with not seeing other people in the nice spacious yard.... All in all very nice experience except for the feeling of being the only people in a big venue.....

Loved the cleanliness of the room. Made a box with beakfast to go.the. S taff was very helpfull.

That there was no fridge and kettle to make tea.. no glasses to drink water. The glass door is nice during the day but the light from the outdoor lights shone into the room making it difficult to sleep. A toilet should have a door.
