Nearly perfect. We were happy with the room and the value (at least at the price we paid, in Canadian dollars) was beyond outstanding. Also outstanding were all members of the staff - ready to assist in any way needed. There were two of us but we booked the family suite because to us it was cheap and we wanted space. Very spacious. Lots of hanging space (see below), lots of drawers for socks, undies, t-shirts, etc. Kitchen well appointed but we did not cook so not sure whether a cook would have everything needed. Living room furnishings were good. The property is gorgeous and there appeared to be a herd of spingbok providing "lawn maintenance". Such beautiful animals. The national animal of South Africa. Overall, we were thrilled at the accommodation.

The only problem we encountered was with the height at which several features were placed. We are both short. The hanging rails in the closet were too high for us to reach. Fortunately, the base of the closet consisted of a drawer (or two). We could stand on the top of the drawer and thereby reach the hanging rail. (Luckily we are also quite light in weight. Not sure if a 6' 5" man or woman could stand on the top of the drawer. But, of course, he (or she) would not need to do so. One of our friends in Bloemfontein is in fact THAT tall and he too was surprised at the height of the rails.) The same complaint applies to the shelf inside the shower stall. Out of our reach. We are now in a condo in Cape Town and the same complaint applies!

Clean, but not sparkling,quiet and peaceful beautiful building.

Patio set was dirty and only one 500ml water for two people in the room. Old couple had to carry their own luggage to the car🙈 carpet in room can do with a wash.

Majestic is an understatement. It is a haven both for business and leisure. The communication prior to arrival was reassuring. Despite late night arrival, there was someone waiting to receive us. The WhatsApp service with hotel residents once you’ve checked is very convenient. We were even offered to pre-order breakfast from the comfort of our room. The staff were very courteous, friendly and tried to accommodate all our requests. As we were checking out, it was not an agonising decision whether to tip the kitchen staff or not. We did with a smile and contentment. Simply put, it was world class standard. We will certainly be back.

Everything is class. To complain would be lack of appreciation and jealousy.

The room was nice and big with very comfortable king size bed, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is really safe and quiet which helps you relax. We had the eggs benedict for breakfast, nice and tasty and eggs cooked to our order. The staff went out of there way for our breakfast on the second morning by making us breakfast packs as flight left early that morning.

Unfortunately our room was close to the water tanks and the pumps run 24/7 so we couldn't really open a window or the patio door as the noise was a little irritating but when the doors were closed it was ok.

Absolutely loved our stay! Friendly and helpfull staff, delicious food and beautiful comfortable rooms! We dropped off our baggage before check in time and the staff was so helpful to keep it until the room was ready and move to our room for us so we had everyting ready and waiting when we checked in later.

There was no extra blanket in the room and only a thin duvet. For winter you need to be better prepared and have an extra blanket or two in the closet for people to stay warm. This is so minor barely worth mentioning, but the shower had a loose rubber at the bottom that hangs halfway on the ground. Just attention to detail to fix that before letting someone in the room again.

The quality of the breakfast offerings was exceptional. The culinary team deserves special commendation for the delicious and well-presented food. Beyond the physical aspects of the hotel, the staff's dedication to providing excellent service was evident throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the efficient room service, every interaction with the hotel staff was characterized by professionalism and genuine hospitality

While security is undoubtedly important, there is a delicate balance between ensuring safety and providing a welcoming atmosphere. Tredenham Boutique Hotel may benefit from reevaluating its access control policies to strike a more guest-friendly equilibrium. Implementing measures that prioritize convenience without compromising security would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience.

I didn't like the treatment I received at the gate with the security woman We used bolt to travel so every time when we went to the gate to wait for our ride she said ke lonna hape I took it as her saying we are a nuisance,felt like we not belonging and that we bothering .

The Tredenham Hotel is absolutely superb accommodation outside of the city in Bloemfontein. Situated in a housing estate for added security. Our King room was wonderful with air-conditioning and a lovely bathroom with bath and shower. Dinner ( for your own account) and the included breakfast was superb. The food was absolutely delicious. Lovely pool for those hot Summer days. We loved it and will always book here when travelling through Bloemfontein. A really great stay.

Nothing. Enjoyed everything.

We were welcomed very friendly. They kept checking on us, so we never had empty drinks and even regulated the air-conditioning while we were in the lounge, so they made our experience exceptional. The steak we ordered for supper were super delicious and we were treated like kings.

There were nothing that I could think of, of where they could improve. If I really must force myself to think of something, maybe a slightly bigger milk carton for the coffee in the room, but that really is just a personal opinion. They did bring more milk immediately when we asked.

Absolutely stunning location and very friendly service. So considerate, appreciated the fact that the staff reached out to confirm all the details and were willing to make concessions on our behalf. Very understanding in terms of our travel struggles. Absolutely amazing, would absolutely love to come back and would've loved to have stayed longer.

Communication around the breakfast was poor to be honest, we were given a menu with prices and not informed that it is included, understanding that it was in the booking, reiteration would've been appreciated.
