I found this property very nice, I did not use the pool. It was cold. But that was expected. But the honeymoon suite or leopard room was very very nice.

The check out time was 10 am. That is RIDICULOUS! Checkout time noon is the standard internationally. check out 10 am is simply cruel. I must state this seems the “norm” in South Africa. The property will argue for this. Cleaning etc. But actually most places are not that big. The property needs to hire more persons to do the cleaning. this is my main complaint about this property, the check out time out is 10 but check in time is 2 pm. Four hours!!! Internationally check out is noon. This is my complaint. Too early check out time. I must state since this place has an outdoor area I use this area until able to use my room.

I really liked that the accommodation is very clean and easily accessible. The bed was very comfortable and an additional welcome is the electric blanket, good quality linen and heater. The cupboard space is also good and very clean. The refreshment station is great and was well stocked. The entire place is just 100% great, clean and I would easily spend a few days for leisure travel there as well. The host is friendly and helpful. I really felt at home!

There really wasn't anything I did not like - everything met my needs and even exceeded those. This is a place I will recommend to anyone wanting either a one night stat or several nights stay.

I really loved the hosts Ally & Dave were so lovely,went above & beyond to make my stay enjoyable!! Accommodated for dietary requirements with my breakfast too!! The bnb is beautiful,tranquil and safe!! The staff were lovely friendly too!! I highly recommend staying here it's in a great location close to town!! Everything was so clean,tidy!! Definitely be staying there again!!

No visitors however it's understandable!!

Great and beautiful location in the heart of Somerset West. The hosts are extremely welcoming and you feel like you have not left home. The accommodation is superb. The beds feel like you are sleeping in the clouds. My suit has a fully equipped kitchen, surprised by a supplied air fryer. My bathroom shower is wonderful with good pressure and plenty of hot water. My bedroom has a beautiful display of elephants and a welcoming little lounge that gets lots of sun not to mention a beautiful view of the garden. My suit also comes with a private verandah and my own sun lounges. The wifi has never let me down even during load shedding. I was also provided with a lovely standby light, for during load shedding. When my little grandson came to visit, we had a lovely time at the pool, under beautiful umbrellas and lounges. Swimming towels are included with a swimming gown to wear. I have to say, that whenever I see the pool, it is crystal clear and super inviting. I will definitely come again and highly recommend Easy Five Guesthouse! The unit was serviced every day, I never felt like the staff was intruding. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I would also like to mention, that restaurants and shops are a short distance away. When you come, don't forget to visit Stellenbosch and surrounding wine farms, as they are exceptional value for money. Cape Town is a stones throw away, offering more beautiful beaches, botanical gardens and the every elusive Table Mountain. The Stellenbosch winery's offer fantastic tastings and superb picnic lunches on demand.

Spacious place, nice shower, electric blankets (comfy beds), and great kitchen. Good size pool, but we didn't get to use it cause it's too cold (winter).

Downstairs was very cold, and that's the only area in the place where there's a TV, and the heater didn't help much.

Property was clean and all facilities available Close to all shops and restaurants A warm welcome by hosts upon arrival. Very friendly Will be recommending this property to other family members This was our second stay and will return again in the future! Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Booked for me and my daughter. Would've liked units closer together. Or a 2 bed unit. Slightly more privacy preferred not overlooking pool and Lapa. But overall can only give 5 stars. Will book again in future. Great central location.

Hosts were excellent! Wonderful people. Rooms were very tidy, clean, and comfortable.

The Geyser/Water heater is a little too small, to support 4 people. Consider a larger geyser.

Brilliant hosts who were very helpful and friendly. They even made special arrangements for our kids to stay in our room. The pool area is fantastic and the open space for kids is great. Great fun watching the squirrels in the mornings.

Nothing, great stay

Beautiful setting, Francis was great to deal with, easy to check in and out, the pool area and little bar were so lovely we wish we had another day to fully relax by the pool. The loungers were comfy and towels provided for the pool/beach. This really was a lovely little 3 nights away, thank you.

This is very trivial, but we forgot shower gel, there was a small shampoo but shower gel would have been nice. Oh, and another socket with a USB in the room please (there was 1 bit we didn't have an adapter)
