We found the staff to be exceptional! Helpful, friendly and well spoken. The breakfast was served quick, warm and freshly made to order. And a good cup of coffee served with a smile is always a winner. Really appreciated the security guard on premises. With regards to the rooms: We could not fault a thing! Infact we were highly impressed with all the attention to detail, good quality soaps, towels and bottled water in the room. And where else do you still get a little Sherry to enjoy in your room? Loved it!

If at all possible - a far stretch! If it could, with prearrangement, be possible for an earlier breakfast when necessary? As we were traveling for business, most start at 08h00 -so breakfast only offered from 08h00 was a bit problematic-

The on site restaurant (cup a joy) had amazing food selections. The little details they do with the room , fresh bottles of water, toilet paper neatly presented, the room presentation from the bed to the bathroom was spectacular. The hotel’s garden is so lushly filled with beautiful greens that you don’t realise you are in the city. I would recommend InnJoy for private functions or intimate dates, or just lunch with friends.

Food box breakfast was very convenient The loft had a relaxing and soothing ambience with beautiful soft music. The unit was well equipped and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Loved the birds singing and flying around. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe for my morning run. Loved the safe and secure parking.

We don't eat beef and pork, so breakfast was a little challenging.

Loved the room, especially the small garden/patio outside. Dinner and breakfast very enjoyable Good service received on additional water requested and problem with TV Accommodated early check in request at a small fee

Found empty water bottle and empty packet of biscuits in bed table drawer, reported to receptionist. Only one bottle of water in room, had to request additional water. Mattress was bit soft for my liking.

It was ideally situated for our purpose of visit. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, and loved the little finishing touches. Rooms were adequately stocked with tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a good spread. Beautiful garden setting and well maintained.

Very good breakfast. My husband and sons couldn't eat breakfast as if was serve too late. We were there to do the Huntex Show in Gallagher Convention Centre and they must be at the show at 8H00. Had to leave too early for breakfast time. It would be better if breakfast can be served from 7H00.

The warm room, I called them in advance to make sure I could check in earlier and was welcomed with cappuccino and the room already warm.

Everything was convenient.

The room was extremely cold even though we had the air conditioning on (we could not feel this making any difference). As it is winter an electric blanket on the bed would have been very nice.

Friendly staff and easy parking. There was 24-hour security, and we felt safe. Great area for Centurion.

Rooms were smaller than expected, and if you stay close to the kitchen, it's a bit noisy early in the morning.

It’s home away from home, with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, white linen, nice bathroom, Netflix, sherry for a nightcap, kettle and coffee and tea. Well located near takeaway restaurants for dinner and close to Matsport centre.
