The assistance with luggage from staff.

Loadshedding had an effect on all of us. Being away from home, your own comfort. It eould be nice if the guesthouse gets something in place so the aircons or fans maybe can still work. I hoped for a good nights rest and ended up being awake and sweaty for 2 hours....

We loved the stay. The room was very neat and clean, and we loved the aircon in the room. The staff was very helpful from the manager to the security everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day with new towels and even if we had made the bed they redid it very nicely. We will definitely be visiting soon.

Got assisted by the host to take my stuff to the room. The room was clean and neat. Staff helpful. Did not eat the breakfast from the accommodation. Did not know that breakfast was onsite

The shower is small. The shower curtain also, glass door would be better instead of the shower curtain The basin is very small. Toilet paper holder to be installed on the wall. Carpet besides the bed.

It would be nice to have an option for breakfast but overall the stay was exceptional

The bathroom noise of the neighboring rooms especially at night would cause a problem for those travelling with a baby or toddlers but apart from that everything was amazing

There are not enough plugs in the room. 1 plug behind the fridge. No plug for kettle. Need to more fridge to access plug. No plug is available for a hair dryer. The tiles in the were nice and clean, but a health risk, as they are very slippery when wet (after coming in from a rainstorm)

Everything from staff to facility itself. When I had an incident, I was moved from that room to the new room. Thank you to the staff that was working the night shift.

There was a centipede in my room. I am afraid of all these creatures. But I was assisted and was moved to a new room...

We liked everything. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Home away from home😁🤗. We did not want to leave😂.

The staff were not as friendly as I expected. They did not give me the invoice my employer require since I traveled for work. It was not handed to me when I checked out. The person at the reception when I checked out was unfriendly and did not ask if I enjoyed my stay or asked If I had or wanted breakfast that was included in the payment. The unfriendliness overshadows the comfort and beauty of the plays. Very unfortunate!

I liked how the place was decorated. I liked that everyone had their own private patio- must be my favorite feature. It was very quiet and getting in and out was super easy. Definity recommend for someone looking for a short stop over.

I did not like how the rooms did not come with bowls. The basin in the toilet can be a bit bigger, the size took me by surpise.

The receptionist was super friendly and there was always someone to assist us when we needed some assistance

The shower didn't have the cover and we didn't have the mop to wipe the water so we had to be extra careful when we are bathing.
