Breakfast was a winner and the chef (our compliments to the chef)

1. The ally to the parking area is very narrow, so much so that I scratched the left side of my vehicle 2) The parking area is very dark at night. It causes a tripping hazard 3) During the thunder storm on Monday evening, the electricy tripped for a few hours 4) It was extremely hot during Sunday and Monday. The ceiling fan in imbalance and not effective in cooling 5) It is suggested that the property is clearly marked to assist in clear identification at night

Breakfast was excellent. The following day we had to leave before breakfast time. The kitchen packed a hamper - that was more than excellent. I left something behind . Manager phoned me to inform me and promised to keep it save.

Unfortunately there is no sheltered car parking. During summer it becomes very hot in room - ceiling fan is not enough.

Nice little place near Unitas. Service was good. Never had breakfast unfortunately but sure it would have been nice.

The shower wasn't as clean as I would have liked and the shower head wasn't nice. I am short and you can't move it.

Being an old building renovated and adjusted, the host made the best of available spaces. Some plumbing noise at night and early morning but not really disturbing. Room 6 entrance step is unexpectedly high. The bedding was fresh and comfortable - when the duvet is necessary it is OK without a top sheet, but in summer I would prefer to have a top sheet. I appreciated the small scissors to open coffee sachets! Breakfast was very good (exceptional fruit and muesli bowl) and served with prompt courtesy and friendliness. Chose the place because of its proximity to Unitas hospital and will definitely consider it again.

Convenient location in a safe neighbourhood.

The security light in the neighbours garden shined directly into my room making the room very light at night.

Location was excellent quiet and peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to the private hospital. my accommodation @ the front of house and private outdoor patio was nice. Lanie English breakfast was cook to perfection and cook to your order. well done Lanie. The best part of my stay were the staff-Lanie, marina & Jenifer they made feel so welcome, that it Felt l like i was coming home to my own family. nothing was to big or to small for them to do for you, they are to be respected and rewarded as Rozendal guest House would be the same with out them.

No transport for staff use get supplies for the accommodation and catering, as if they didn’t-have own they had to walk.

Suzette, Chandré and personnel were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate every need. The food was excellent. Good value for our money. The Guesthouse is very neat, modern and clean. I will visit again

Clean, safe, great location to where we needed to be.

Room quite warm needed a sheet, took duvet out the cover but was still warm. Other than that it was great

The manager / hostess, Lani, was great - I was in Pretoria for an eye operation and she was very friendly, helpful, caring - she did more than what was expected. Oh, and there were 2 dogs and we felt so at home with this very friendly doggies - for safety and security purposes!! Everything we needed or could have needed, was in the unit. AND I left the best for last - we had breakfasts from out of this world - - - the best!

Nothing I can recall now - we were simply very satisfied.

Secure location, well lit at night with easy access via remote keys provided during check in. Breakfast was very good and set us up for our journey north towards the Denokeng Game Reserve

Nothing stood out, units provided the degree of comfort needed for a simple overnight stay between locations, while providing a base to visit other family members
