The service was very good but I only got one towel I called the reception in no time I got my towels.The last time I booked only slept for few hours still got good service and I booked for Friday till Saturday. Even today check out time I was not given pressure and I loved it. Got out of the room at 11:30. Thank you for the great service. Looking forward for my next visit not going anywhere always going to book at your hotel. 🤣 Next time can I get a discount. I loved the deluxe room it was proper 👌

I did not get a mini couch in my room 😢

Room was a nice size. The availability of fridge/kettle/ ample charging devices, bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom stocked with amenities like toilet roll, lotion /shampoo etc. I appreciated that, as I was travelling for work, so I travelled lightly. I also appreciated the availability of a hairdryer, and sufficient mirrors. View of the pool was nice. The fact that your reception allowed me to use their punch to finish off my work, was tremendously appreciated. I enjoyed my breakfast selection!!

Aircon was not working, and when I called reception, there was no answer, so I opened windows, and was being chowed by mosquitoes. Also, the carpet was not clean in front of the couch. Food was cold when it arrived. None the less, the servers who brought the food were very warm and friendly. There was decaf coffee only (in room) but on the whole, other than the aircon, it was decent.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities need and tidy. The barman was friendly and helpful as always, I want to recommend him. Just a nice place to stay. Thank you. This is my preferred place to stay when in Centurion. Value for Money.

There were 2 big groups who booked in just on my arrival. One tourist group I believe and the other a schools netball team. I have to wait about 2+ hours to book in. I will suggest in such a case that individuals are also being looked after. I know a difficult situation and pressure. I believe room for improvement

The Hotel is well maintained & clean. Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful🥰. From walking in to the reception area of the hotel and through my stay, the hotel environment felt calm, safe and relaxing. Nice Bar and Restaurant with mouth watering food. Walking distance to Centurion Mall. Love the room. Clean, crisp white bedding and towels. Room service every day🤩

The room is big and spacious

I am claustrophobic and DO NOT use elevators at all and I was initially booked on.the first floor, only to find that security locks all the staircase enterances. What would happen if there was a fire and all the escape routes are locked? Thankfully the receptionist was understanding and immediately found me a room on the the ground floor. Please look at accommodating people who don't use elevators. Maybe make your doora transparent/ see through

The deluxe room i was booked was spacious, practical, and neat. The water pressure for both the shower and sink was excellent. The Hotel is well maintained. The staff were helpful. The hotel and area are quite and close to a mall. The room had a toiletries kit. The restaurant menu has soul food.

The hotel was within walking distance of the Centurion Mall which was convenient for shopping and meals.

The room I was in faced the highway and the constant traffic noise interfered with sleep. The neighbouring room had guests who had their TV on at high volume and even when I put headphones to hear music and cancel their noise I could still hear everything. I was only able to sleep after 12 midnight when they switched it off. Sound proofing would probably help.

The room was adequately spacious; It was very clean; It had all the amenities we needed for our stay; The dining area was good; The food, Dinner and Breakfast was well prepared and great to have; Three cheers to the Breakfast Chef - he made us delicious omellettes, and he's a pleasant person to interact with. His Persona is definitely good for the environment.

The Chair in the Room was evidently worn-out: Noticed when I took the jacket off that I had thrown over the back support and it sort of hooked on a splinter. The rooms are not adequately sound proofed, as we could hear conversations of those individuals who are loud by nature when they walk through the corridor.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly, good service, when you ask for something you get it within a minute, it is also walkable to the Centurion Mall entrance 4.

The rates does not include breakfast, it is close to what seemed like sewage river, when you are outside in the front its smelly.

The name on the Tv. Loved it. Been to the one in Pretoria and Rusty and this was the first time that happened. Got a nice glass of bubbles upon arrival, I think it’s a great touch. My room was upgraded and I loved that.

There really isn’t anything I didn’t love. From the manager to the receptionist, the welcoming was amazing. Thank you for being so welcoming
