1. The hosts went out of the way to ensure my safety & comfort, fetching me from the gate when I'd forgotten my phone in the Uber, calling to retrieve it & then driving me to collect it from the Driver. I had checked in quite late after a long day at work 2. The staff made it feel like home, giving personal care to make EVERYTHING easier. The following day when I had a short layover between check-out time, a meeting in the office & catching my flight back to Durban - they accommodated me with somewhere to work wile I waited & were SO very helpful! 3. I was late for breakfast because I overslept & I didn't expect them to, but they began making me food from scratch. I cannot express enough gratitude & will definitely be booking here overtime I travel to Joburg for work (which is quite often)

We had very spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were amazing, helpful, polite and hard working. The estate was beautiful.

The property was a very long way away from the main gate, and right by the back gate (which we couldn’t use).

The area was familiar from before and the accommodation was safe. Spacious rooms for independent living.The furniture is already a bit old, but othervise nice. Good location in very beautiful and safe golf-estate.We were able to stay longer as the flight left later, that made me happy

It was a bit disturbing that the rooms only had intermediate doors to other rooms (locked, of course). Of course, the sounds came from other rooms. Pool water was dirty first but was cleaned when asked. The shower door creaked badly. Dishwasher tablets would have been nice.

In winter the sun in room 2 is amazing. Room nice and warm.

The common balcony presented a problem where the people in the adjacent rooms would arrive late and be roudy outside our window. Smoking is allowed there but that also drifted into our room. I would also suggest the breakfast table cloths are washed more regularly. They weren’t clean for the entire stay.

the breakfast was nice, but the problem was having the same breakfast for four consecutive days. please change the menu. the location was a bit confusing the Uber always got lost to the wrong gate. the main gate is not recognized by the app.

A clean swimming pool for relaxing when one does not have plans for the day.

As it was hubby's birthday I asked them to arrange a cake and balloons. He was so surprised. They went out of their way to do this for us. Very friendly staff and and owner Amish the owner went put of his way to make sure our needs were met.

Neighbors had a generator on for a bit. However with the doors closed it was not to bad and not until to late.

The place is very safe with friendly staff and host who are on standby to assist and respond to any question that you have. The location is good. The rooms were very clean. The environment is very good and silent which makes it a good place to concentrate if you want to work, study or even meditate. You can never go wrong by booking Monte Carlo. It met my expectations. Amazing

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming☺️ I will recommend this property to everyone with a big family. This place was well maintained, extremely good value for money and we will definitely be returning visitors. I wish the app had 100 stars. Really impressive

The owners are a remarkable and outstanding couple. I booked and checked in a rush but they received and treated me exceptionally. I felt at home and above all with Family, by looking you could not believe we just met. I have to thank Anish and Anju, Lebu and Christeenah for all your hospitality. I definitely will come back and recommend to everyone The Monte Carlo. +Super secure and calm neighborhood.

I did not go for breakfast because I was very tired and I didn't want to wake up early. Otherwise the facility was very good and also in an exceptional location. I will book it any day.
