I absolutely loved the warm, elegant atmosphere – it felt like stepping into a calm, Moroccan-inspired oasis. The décor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, with intricate details that made the space feel both luxurious and culturally rich. The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive without being intrusive, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and peaceful, with all the little touches that make a difference – like great coffee, quality linen, and soft lighting. I especially enjoyed the outdoor areas – enjoying a quiet moment in the gardens, it all felt peaceful and well maintained. I also had the chance to visit the spa, which added a lovely relaxing touch to the experience. And the food! Absolutely delicious – well presented, generous portions, and full of flavour. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and just enjoy being there.

Nothing at all – everything was beautifully polished and thoughtfully done. I truly had no complaints.

Everything about the place was Fantastic, centrally position. Close to All amenities, shopping centre, food outlets. I really liked the place.

When you living with a family and Sharing a bathroom with no ventilation and No Extractors is something undesirable. No extractor Fans , No ventilation so having to use the toilet is pretty much not favorable suggestion when people are seated in the lounge. The Architect that designed the place needs to be shot, that's just humor. I am certain that something can be done in room 204. I am not sure about the other rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were elegantly designed, the service was impeccable, and every detail was top-tier.

The only downside was the unexpected wake-up call on Sunday morning from the church directly below our room. The singing and music started quite early and it was a bit of a bummer, after a night out. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we would happily return—just maybe in a room a bit farther from the church next time!

Had a great stay. The room was very spacious and beautiful. Far more than I expected. The pictures on the net are not doing justice to the place. We were initially reluctant to book there but did it anyway because it was closer to family, only to find a beautiful spacious clean and comfortable rooms.

The neighbours seem to be too close and loud. Didn't feel the privacy we needed. Also did not like the menu breakfast. Prepare the buffet kinda breakfast.

The room was very comfortable .Comfortable bed. Good layout. Rooms service was fast and the staff bringing the food was very friendly and professional.

In the afternoons when the staff knocked off, they were extremely noisy, even when I closed the windows on the first floor I could still hear them shouting to each other. The staff are also not very friendly, especially at reception.

The hotel is well located in Centurion Pretoria. Within safe premises. Manned security, plenty of parking (not covered). There is a Mangwanani Spa at the hotel, convenient to get a massage and other treatments. Derogatory restaurant serves great food.

The facade/decor is slightly outdated. There's areas still with carpets on the floors - inside the elevators, bar area and passages. The carpets definitely make it look outdated.

Breakfast fresh and delicious. Location quite just one accident that after we check in 3 or 4 hour after the was a loud music that sounded like someone sitting in his or her car .with volume full blast. But later it became quite again. We really enjoyed the place will definitely come back.

There was no plug points in the bathrooms Also it would be nice to have had an additional long mirror on the wall, we had to open the cupboards to find the mirror and it was not that convenient. There could have been a user manual for the Television (ShowMax/Netflix) not sure if I had to pay for the subscriptions or not, these need to be explained to guests, (in case they notice additional items on the bill)

I absolutely loved my stay, the rooms are designed beautifully, and since the weather was cold, they made sure we had everything we needed to stay warm. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant food is delicious. We enjoyed a spa treatment at Mangwanani and it was incredible. I will definitely be back again

Nothing, everything was amazing

The hotel itself is very nice and clean, the staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind. We loved our stay here, breakfast was also super good. One day al'a carte, other they buffet. Both options was wide variety, and super delicious. Bathroom was huge, we loved it!!

Pool area is super small, its rather "dipping pool" not a proper swimming pool, there are no sunbeds either, just chairs and tables, because it is part of the bar/restaurant area. No plower outlets near mirror.
