Was absolutely beautiful breathtaking both the rooms we had the suite and 2 bedroom flat with balcony mom actually wanted to move in everything you needed was there coffee tea milk was a great stay hosts was fantastic fresh water we will definitely be back!!!! Ac was amazing loved the place honestly its beautiful thanks so much you was absolutely fantastic on our situation with cancellation on one room due to changes we thank you for that

I personally think a little more attention to detail on the cleaning it was clean but some places was not clean ie shower around the glass skirtings toilet seat was lose pinched my bum :) we was gutted that breakfast was not available didn’t realise we needed to book we would have had breakfast if available

afternoon, I never use an external wifi - I always have sufficient wifi with me. I was welcomed with a smile and the manager, I am SO SO sorry - I forgot her name, went out of her way to ensure that I had everything I needed! she also went out of her way to send me the address, a pin drop and checked in with me re my travelling times etc. She really made me feel at home, heated up my dinner for me and served it on a plate in my room! I will definitely stay there aging and will tell other travelers about you guys! My comment re the facilities - I do no loke an extractor fan in a bathroom - but that is just me. there was nothing wrong with the bathroom.

IF I may make one suggestion - I would replace the mirror in the shower with a bit bigger new one.

Vash and the staff were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond their roles to ensure that I was well looked after. So friendly, so accommodating, honestly felt like family after my time there. The rooms were pristine, so well looked after and so comfortable. I wish I could have spent more time there. I walked around the property and noticed it was well suited for kids. Even though I was traveling alone this time, my family and I would definitely choose to stay here.

The room was spacious. Lovely bathroom with a bath and shower so I could soak my weary back in the bath. Lovely breakfast. Close to amenities and some restaurants. Vanesh was very pleasant and friendly.

Getting in and out of some of the parking spaces was a bit difficult. TV to side of bed so difficult to watch. Pillows were a bit full.

I did not have breakfast due to my unpredictable working hours. Location suits me due to location of my customer. the area that it is located in is very convenient - close to shop and restaurants. I was warmly received by Tamia She is always very helpful.

The total package was excellent. Absolutely relaxing atmosphere. Close to shopping facilities and convenient access to major travel routes. Staff super attentive to customers needs and super friendly.

Vash is super friendly and very helpful, and she makes delicious breakfast, you can also put a request in for porrage. They accomodated us excellently.

There is really nothing to pin point which we didn't like

My parents stayed , but I got Whatsapp's of when they checked in and that the room was ready , which was such a personal touch which I really appreciated , they said the stay was great , unfortunately they couldnt spend more time there, as they came to attend a funeral.

I loved the location and the whole appearance of the place. I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded at no extra charge to a deluxe room. I'm just sad that my stay was so short and I couldn't enjoy all the facilities of the place

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I came to KZN for a funeral and I needed accommodation in the area.
