The standout features of this place were its cleanliness and the WiFi. The area was kept spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable and hygienic environment to stay in. The WiFi connection was good and it was stable which is a huge plus.

The location felt a bit questionable.. but once youre in the lodge it feels more safe with security. The air conditioning was non-functional but we didn’t need it as it was a bit cold. Parking posed a significant issue especially at night, making it inconvenient for those with vehicles cause it was filled up. Noise was another major concern with neighbours hanging out outside, playing music, and talking loudly at night. the sink’s tap was extremely loose which is a minor but noticeable inconvenience!

The cleanliness was over the top … the place was exceptional… the staff was really welcoming and I really loved it and enjoyed my stayed

They gave me wrong rooms then the ones I order … two family rooms When I voiced out my concerns the duty manager was very rude and arrogant telling me “we don’t have any more we rather refund you” … like WTF I booked 3 months back what do u want me to do now …. But anyway thanks to the manger everything was sorted and they gave me an complementary room

The place is accommodating, having a working space, microwave and a fridge was such a good idea for us who booked for work.

The cleaning need improvement they was hair on the floor and my pillows had makeup on them, wash sliding door curtains and the smell put timer air freshener, my shower had No glass to protect water from being spilled over when taking a shower. School kids were up and down at night making noise and in the morning 😫.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms exceeded my expectations to an extent. I can't fault the staff at all. It was good value for money.

The noise. Both rooms were at an entrance where the door slams if not guided manually. The one toilet smelt extremely bad of urine. The ammonia odour burnt your nostrils. The housekeeper attempted to remedy the issue but to no avail.

The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Room has mini fridge, microwave, DSTV local stations, aircon. Room was cleaned every day.

Area is a bit dodgy but it was near my training Noise from other patrons Lack of generator to mitigate load shedding Floor mats next to bed Sausage on door to stop debris and cold air blowing in under door

The place was clean. The staff was very nice to us. We had a nice stay. If I have to come back, I will definitely book there.

Tv channels were not playing. When checking the channels, it always gave an error for No SIGNAL. I have to watch cartoons only. Chanel 301.

The room was spacious and clean, we genuinely enjoyed our stay as we were in the area for business, the location didn't look safe but trust me it is SAFE!

The bed almost fell in lol Idk what was the cause but when I set on the edge, it sorta fell in luckily my partner on the bed so there was some sort of balance but otherwise do not let this discourage you as it can be remedied, the place is really to die for.

Atmosphere was excellent,the let down was the shower with no door.Water spilling on the floor while bathing and had to wipe the floor after bath ,safety precautions.They need to fix the door.

Broken shower door and the remote for TV that was not working which was changed when I went back to reception to notify them.

I loved the convenience, we booked at 16:00 and checked in at 19:00 the same days no hustles,no nothing and we paid on arrival. In the morning then receptionist helped us request Uber . She was friendly.

We had one roll of toilet paper and one towel yet we had booked for 2 adults.

It was spacious, my partner and I really enjoyed it

The security knocked on my door like a police officer just because I missed checkout time by 5mins and when I tried explaining that I was still eating he said I should handover the keys and be out in 2mins…I seriously felt like I was the biggest criminal and he was very rude
