Steven was very kind and helpful, especially with backing my rental car up the hill. I stayed in the standard double, and it was clean and comfortable. There was a nice view of the hillside. The neighborhood was quiet but only five minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. I had a nice, hot shower, and I noticed a Jojo tank in case of a water outage. There was a good electrical multi-outlet under a nice mirror. This was very helpful for using the hair dryer (provided) and my hair straightener. Water, tea, coffee, and a little milk were provided in the room.

Just the parking down a steep driveway but I reverse down so coming out is easy. There is parking up on the street. Safe

Nice size room, comfortable bed, nice hot water, very efficient and pleasant staff. Quite close to centre of Westville. Safe to walk around the area. Good value for money.

Pleasant and neat little spot on a small hill. The windows are old fashion but make the place kind of quaint. There's a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which given its size is nice. Also like having a desk to work at.

Check in time is quite restrictive, so just be double certain you can make the window--cannot be too late either. Asking for suggestions isn't too helpful with response.

The blankets smelled like a million dollars. Fresh!

There was no extra blanket and I froze on the 1st day. I also couldn't work as no adaptor was available for plugging in a laptop.

Booking the accommodation with Berleen was magic. She is so accommodating. To the wonderful hospitality we received from Steven and his wonderful assistant. We really enjoyed our stay.. Thank you..

One chair in the room for couple, they must add another chair,otherwise the place is good

Berleen and Steven went beyond the call of duty to assist us. The accommodation and breakfast was perfect. Definitely a repeat stay.
