Such a neat and tidy unit with a great view of the seaside. Unfortunately I only spent the one night but would love to visit again. Nice fast WiFi if you need it for work etc and the DSTV was a treat to relax after a hard day in the field. If you enjoy a bit of exercise, take a walk down to the beach, well worth the effort and there are some super eateries along the esplanade. Sandy was really helpful in getting access to the unit, as booking.com did not send me any access information. Luckily Sandy is easy to reach and I did not struggle getting the gate access codes etc...thanks a mil.

If you have a big vehicle, like an SUV or 4x4, don't try park in the allocated bay for this unit, it won't fit as the bays are really narrow. Just park in the visitors parking near the entrance gate and walk around.

I loved that it’s in a secure estate and on the second floor. I felt very safe! Gorgeous view that I could stare at for ever. Even saw a pod of dolphins riding waves on their way past. It was very relaxing hearing the sound of the waves lapping the shore. Quick and easy to get to the beach for nice walks. The flat itself was lovely, it has every thing one needs. Would certainly stay there again.

I would have loved a pair of binoculars but otherwise there was nothing I didn’t like.

Stunning views! The apartment is well appointed in a very neat complex. Sandy, the host, was brilliant about providing information before hand and she checked in regularly to see whether everything was fine. We could not have asked for a more relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings.

I would recommend sands Beach Breaks to everyone. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment was spotless and airy, yet still had a homely feel. With a wonderful host and quick responses We found everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away 😁 will definitely be going back!

A lovely clean and spacious flat with a fantastic view of the ocean. The flat was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. A short drive to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately, there is currently construction on a new large development close by and you need to get used to a bit of drilling and hammering etc. However, it is not unbearable and not too loud.

The access to the location was great. The apartment layout and facilities were on point. A very cosy apartment with great views from the balcony early mornings and evenings drinking a coffe watching the whales, boats and fishermen during these times

Due to a new building being erected there was a lot of additional sounds, and this also affected the internet connection for TV and work during the stay. The parking spot is also close to the Neighbours parking so a lot of care should be taken getting in and out.

The unit we stayed in was really clean, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for self catering during our stay. We had a very nice view of the beach/ocean and being greeted with the sound of waves all throughout the stay was very nice.

The parkings are a little bit smaller than average but we managed to get in our designated spot just fine. It looks like there were some construction going on at a different property close by but it was more than bearable.

The unit is very clean and neat with a beautiful sea view. All the Necessary information including a pin for WiFi was available in the unit.

You can only reach the beach travelling by car - not walking distance. The parking lot for SUV is very narrow.
