the place is clean and beautiful

i hat the fact that they forced to make a copy of my credit/Bank card. when i told them that i am not comfortable with it they told me its either i leave their place or allow them to make a copy. we are living in a technological era, where credit card scams happen everyday. we cant be allowing people to make copies of our credit cards especially if we paid through bookings.com . the white guy i found there was rude, they didnt explain to me why they forced to make a copy of my credit card. people must just be careful when they book with them. i even launched a complain to Bookings. the management team and the lady that called me from The venue dont know how to speak with clients. they act like they did us a favor by allowing us to book in their area

The playroom for kids it kept my son busy and the safety of kids it's wonderful, the fact that as parents you don't have to worry nor stress about the kids, I loved that a lot

The fact that it's not wheelchair accessible even reception there's no ramp to enter, the bathroom in the room was not accessible and even on the activities I couldn't even access the Jacuzzi because it's upstairs those are things that needs to be looked at an accessible south Africa for all

Activities for grandchildren entertainment very good. Daily cleaning service rendered excellent. Safe and secure.

There should be No costs for access to the Jacuzzi and Steam rooms as these facilities are an attraction to the resort and to be included in the total costs. To co consider designated Parking allocation for each unit.

Friendly efficient staff happy to assist. Faciluty was awesome, clean, beautiful, perfect place to relax and unwind. The jaccuzi was fantastic, first time for my family and we loved it. Thank you guyd. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely no negatives. Except for the fact that the beach was a bit further away than i expected.

Location was good. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The sound of the plumbing was could be heard in the bedrooms.

Everything was good perfect, swimming pool good for kids , in the kitchen everything is there to cook, iron and hair dryer perfect most of the hotel they don't have so impressed about it

No wifi at all but you mentioned free Wifi, is useless to use Wifi at reception only cause I will never go and sit at reception for it is big no, room 18 main bedroom fan not working

Views, activities, cleanliness & proximity to the beach were outstanding 👌🏼

The cleaning stuff was very early on checkout day, I felt quite pressured as they said they needed to knock off.

The location and view on the beach was great. The facility and what it offers was very good and we loved our stay.

The only let down was the state of the water on the beach which was not the resorts fault.

Great location and friendly staff. Very neat braai area and jacuzzi upstairs is amazing. Don't have small children but the kiddies play area is safe and well maintained.

Except the reception guy was not friendly with us at all, He made me feel like you guys are doing us a favor and that didn't seat well with me
