Noise /fun restriction .no speakers.allowed it seemed liked we were there on a serious business meeting

We really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view from our room was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn't have been better, very close to Oceans Mall and right near the highway. The place was clean and beautiful. What really stood out was that our room was cleaned during our stay. I honestly didn’t expect that. A big thank you to Gugu for her excellent communication. She reached out before check-in, kept us informed, and made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciated the attention to detail and care. Highly recommend!

We noticed that while some cleaning was done such as the bath being cleaned, cushions placed on the beds, and the fan left on, other areas were left untouched. Clothes remained on the floor, and overall, the space was largely left as it was found. We only realized cleaning had taken place due to the small changes mentioned. She could have done better.

I liked the area and that it is close to the mall and the beach

The fact that we're only provided with tea, coffee and sugar only once and we have to buy ourselves ones those provided are finished.

Neat.clean comfortable. Excellent locatin. Good value for money spent.

Their are people that had parties in their rooms Friday night. Huge disturbance.

The time it took to get rid of a commotion making, loud guest.

The place is nice very clean and just walking distance from the Umshlanga beach. The beds , kitchen , living room were very clean and the balcony is quite nice beach view. The gas bry needs cleaning because the burners not working properly however we had a nice bry also. The security was very helpful and the swimming pool was also very nice. The bathroom was beautiful and well maintained.

There were rats which destroyed our grocery , complaint was logged , hopefully they will get rid of . The shower didn't have cover so there was water all around after a shower.

The stuff is very friendly from the security to the cleaners and the receptionist I liked that, when we went inside we were very impressed it was very clean and the place is beautiful I came with my cousins and we really enjoyed unfortunately we couldn't swim because of the weather however the pool was clean as well honestly I liked everything about the place I would recommend it to everyone keep up the good work guys.

I would be lying if I said there was something I didn't like honestly cause everything was just perfect

one of my friends he went to visit her sister late around 9:00 pm before we depart the following day . so what I likes that night shift security officer he came and knocked on our door just to check why the other one went out late sincewe always go out together and the worst she went out with all her bag 👜includingtraveilng bag , we told them she went to visit her sister . he said I thought my you are fighting. we said no all is well. we went to eat breakfastat the nearest restaurant and later entertainment to our surprise when we come back they clean our house .

The apartments are clean and spacious, 200m walk to the beach, requesting Uber takes less than 2minutes for the ride to arrive
