Themba the General Manager made amazing one on one contact with us. Samke from the lounge was exceptional. Yeshuri, Leko and John at the fire lake made us feel so comfortable with their warm hospitality. Chef John and Derrick surely cook up a storm. As a family we love the service in this hotel.

There was honestly nothing not to like as the hotel staff always went the extra mile to ensure all our needs were met.

When we arrived after booking on the 26th of september and paying for our booking on the 21st of december, we were told they are fully booked and have no rooms for us. This made me question their professionalism as a 5 star establishment, how can they be so disorganised???. It was very disappointing and frustrating since we drove all the way from Jhb to Durban. The explanation Petrus the manager tried giving to us didnt make sense. We were admant and firm about not leaving until they found a room for us. I honestly wouldnt recommend the hotel to anyone

The view is stunning. Location is perfect,almost everything is within walking distance. The overall service was incredible! During my 6-day stay Siyabonga and Langa (Reception), as well as Smangaliso (Room service) were always helpful and attentive. They made my stay at the hotel more comfortable.

1.I booked an extra day to extend my stay and I notified the hotel countless times prior to the checkout day. But on Sunday, they still called me 3 times asking when am I checking out, even though I told them I was extending my stay. They could’ve handled that issue better and communicated with each other or check their system instead of harassing me when I had already paid for an extra day. This was poorly handled and uncalled for. 2. Everytime I called for room service or housekeeping the phone would either not go through or not be answered, I’d need to dial 3-4 times. Therefore phone etiquette needs to be addressed so that it can match the standard of the hotel.

Overall ,the rooms was clean ,the staff are friendly and professional in person, the decor and design of the place is beautiful

I am in love with the location as it is central and close to shopping malls and restaurants. It's quite and neat. The staff is very friendly, helpful and always smiling which makes us as guests to be more welcomed and comfortable.

I am not sure if it was the room I paid for, some of the hotels you find almost everything you might need inside your room other than calling the reception and ask for it. For an example: iron and ironing board There was no hair dryer, I wanted to dry my hair but I couldn't. Since it's winter, I am not sure if I am the one who didn't see the heater or electric blanket as it was cold.

Nicole is a gem please increase her salary and keep her on that front desk gosh this lady knows how to deal with customers of all kinds, am thats customer who is also in business and believes in excellence, she is well spoken,comforted me as i had delayed laggage, organised a lil cake as itvwas mu birthday, her beautiful smile and energy is soo contagious i loved my stay and even extend 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 the drivers too are very professional 🙌🏼🙌🏼house keeping 🙌🏼🙌🏼 please take care of your staff we need more of those kids here in botswana 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 ill be back again in November keep well team xox

The location , beach eatery mall all in one convenience at your finger tips

We got worn out towel , I had to call the cleaner to bring it to her attention as to what she was giving us , how did this get through QC it's totally perished, the coffee was only refilled once which didn't make sense if we stay for a day it's filled if we stay for 3 days it's only filled once . Also the R45 per can of fanta at firelake, I'm an accountant in practice , been in the field since 2007 so I have some business acumen , what is different with the fanta that it's more than 3 times the price at your restaurant, I understand food is expensive as yourl have experienced talented chefs but , the fanta is manufactured by the same coca cola and stored in a similar fridge as the supermarket, unless I'm mistaken

The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, 24hr room service was great.

The 7am fire alarm was very unnecessary. My husband and I were still asleep and were woken up by the noise. It's not ideal, especially so early in the morning. The pool had lots of paper and plastic in it. I understand it gets windy, but the team should do little spot checks every now and then to make sure there's nothing unnecessary in the pool. There was an umbrella cover in the water as well. My husband and I removed it from the water. Not cool

The property was very clean and the comfortability was amazing. Free parking

1. Many constructions around 2. Lack of better sea view as it is behind many very tall buildings. 3. Limited space in the restaurant, when you arrive there dinner or breakfast you will be told that many tables are reserved. 4. No buffet dinner on Friday night and the 5. The buffet for Saturday night was very bad “VERY BAD” on the 14/09/2024. Only rice and chicken for a hotel of that caliber… No no, there was no value for money when comes to that. 6. Paying upfront for breakfast, did not seat well with me, I would prefer this type of meal to be part of your booking fees. Breakfast if one very important meal of the day, and very few people would choose to skip it. I was very disappointed when I discovered this.

The fact that we didn’t have balcony on our rooms was told balcony is only on the apartments Secondly we came with our hooker but we’re told we should pay for using it in the pool area the same amount as they hire Shortage of towels in the pool area
