The location was good. The beddings was clean. The place was clean also. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was tasty.. As it was for one night only, was worth the stay.

Was not too happy as the room didn't have a big mirror...and also not enough plug points especially if u wanted to use the hair dryer. Breakfast should also cater for people who don't eat pork and beef, at least have something in chicken for religious reasons. We could also get the smell of cigarettes from the suite next to use when we opened the door to go for breakfast. Overall was ok

Misled about the villa. It was a shared villa. When I booked the villa, I was told that the villa was going to be for my family only. Expected a complete villa as per the pics on bookings.com. Bar area & lounges was locked by 10pm. We didn’t use it. Had to sit out in the cold to enjoy some family time to celebrate a 60th birthday. Breakfast was average.

I loved everything about the place, the reception was great, and the staff was professional and amazing. Breakfast was good and unexpected as I was not expecting it, especially with the money I paid and I feel their price are quite reasonable. I will definitely go back again. my room as exceptional. more like a home away from home. The Villa values your money.

I loved everything about that place. I am happy and satisfied. the place looks amazing, the stuff is amazing so in my personal opinion there is nothing wrong with that place. there is no need to change anything.

We liked how friendly the staff were,mama Gina was so welcoming. We didn't wait long for breakfast. The breakfast is to die for ,The property is in a very secure area with security personnel patrolling the area,it is close to the beach,Oceans mall and Gateway mall and fine dining restaurants.

We had a problem with parking because we were driving a double cap,it couldn't fit in to their garage,mam Gina suggested we park under a shade in the property but the gate would sometimes not open I think it had a bit of a problem, and also when there was another car parked we would struggle to open the doors amd get out of the car as the space was too small for two big cars.

Breakfast was not enough for my partner, he has a big appetite, so a two slice breakfast is not adequate for him One of the staff members was not very friendly, did not greet, non-responsive when communicated to, but Precious and the older women were incredible, made the stay wonderful.

We were welcomed by Gina, who was a wonderful hostess and together with her friendly staff run a beautiful, well -maintained establishment. The room was clean and beautifully appointed. It was serviced daily. The breakfast was excellent and all dietary preferences were accommodated. The Villa is ideally situated close to the beach and promenade and close to good restaurants. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone needing some rest and relaxation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Beautiful and very large room. Huge tv and bathroom. Even had a large bath tub. Breakfast was very nice indeed and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Location is perfect. Easy walk to the beach and promenade and also to the bars and shops. Place was very quiet too.

Everything was great. I didnt like the noise of the many water fountains in the outside area and would prefer if they were furned off at night.

Wonderful! Arrival, parking and our room were all excellent with Gina giving us a warm and welcome. Our room was so quiet and well-equipped and the amenities above standard. Breakfast was delicious, thanks to Gina, Precious and Maureen. Finding "The Villa" was like a 'serendipity moment' and we will definitely not only highly recommend the establishment, but will return for another stay. Thank you Gina and 'the team'.

We were asked to select our breakfast choice and time on arrival - we sat for breakfast on time and it was 30 mins late which put an impact on our schedule for the day. When questioning about breakfast we were told another table arrived before us - so what was the point of booking your breakfast time ???

Great location, safe area, lovely suites. The staff were lovely and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Our room was spacious, with air con and a powerful ceiling fan. We also loved the enormous bath! The property is a short walk from Umhlanga Rocks and all its amenities.

Small maintenance issues (bath handle & towel holder falling off the wall). Nothing bothersome but could be easily fixed.
