The service was amazing...

We ddnt get breakfast.. it was said that the package from Bookings.com didn't cover... Which ddnt make sense cause who would book BnB with no breakfast

Beautiful, peaceful place to just relax. This is a place that I will visit over and over just to go and relax because it is so calming and relaxing. My reception was fabulous, the lovely and friendly Gugu made check in seamless. The owner Sandra was available and a call away to assist with anything. Breakfast was exceptional, Tracy aka mamma is the chef of the year. Everything in my plate was flawless not to mention the coffee and fresh fruit. The pool was very clean and the water was nice and warm. I recommend this place to anyone, even if you're not mobile, your 2 by 2 can take you to places or Uber /Bolt are very efficient. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I liked that the host Sandra was so helpful and friendly over the phone and in person.. very welcoming.. Everything was so clean and comfortable.

You have to be abit quiet which will be difficult when traveling with many family members and/or kids, however this is expected in a communal environment as you have to respect that there are other guests and be mindful of the noise levels. Perfect for a serene and peaceful getaway. Definitely booking again👌

I especially liked how the entire staff, from Sandra the Manager on down, related to us at a personal level. They enquired about our every need and made sure we felt comfortably at home at their property. Special shoutout to Tracy, Kuku and Richard. All of them were unobtrusively efficient in making us happy and satisfied. Will highly recommend the Sandringham to any visitor to Umhlanga who’s looking for a quality place to stay without breaking the bank. Thanks very much for making us feel welcome and at home.

Venue and location was excellent. The room comfy and clean. Loved the breakfast, I highly recommend their omelette, the croissants were great as well and the fresh juice. 12/10 for the staff, very friendly all the time. Excellent staff!

not sure if its an extractor or humidifier, kept making noise in the shower if you switch on the lights. Other than that zero complaints.

The room was large and more than expected. The staff and management at Sandringham was very professional and friendly. Sandra even offered to take me the beach every day because of the incorrect information on booking.com. She undertook to take this up with Booking.com. Seaview would be more accurate, on the beach and beachfront are very misleading.

I was extremely disappointed that my filter was set up for on the beach, this property is marketed as beachfront. It is indeed not within walking distance to the beach. I looked forward to walks on the beach and the sound of waves breaking at night. Driving to the beach and hoping to get a parking was not in my scope for our holiday.

The location is very good for business in Umhlanga and immediate surrounds. Room was comfortable and the bathroom adequate. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

There is no defined "reception" area and the "office" door was closed when I arrived. Had to wander around to look for staff. Check-in staff member seemed like she had a very long day. The bedside lamp did not work, the shower door knob came undone, nothing serious, just little niggles.

The property is easy to find. Well Marked from the outside, it is hard to miss. I was slightly early and the host lady allowed me early check in. I appreciated this much as I had to rush to the airport. I was able to shower before I left. Thank you for this small detail.

All in all - The establishment was okay, functional and clean. I would have preferred an extra towel or 2 in the room especially since we were 2 in the room. Also, the coffee for breakfast could be better. It was not a trainsmash though. The cleanliness and friendly staff compensated for these minor shortcomings.

Location , Cleanliness and Friendly Staff woow. As a person who travels throughout the Globe I felt a perplexed touch with the level of professionalism and willingness to assist with all our needs. Sandra and her team are just phenomenal , this was my very first holiday with the family it meant everything and they gave us their BEST.

Place is located in a lovely surburb of Umhlanga. Room is well-sized and bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room is facing the main gate so you can't have privacy with curtains open. Would be helpful to put mosquito spray in the room as I struggled to sleep 1st night with mosquito bites or close windows earlier.
