I checked in later then expected but I called in and confirmed The lady who has on duty made a follow up call just to confirm if I was still coming(which really gave a good impression that as guests we matter) When we arrived everything in our room was in order. And the staff went an extra mile to assist when ever we needed. Our door kept on jamming and it couldn't close at times and when ever we reported they assisted promptly.

I loved everything but if you can include soap dispenser on the bathrooms that would be great. And if you can add maybe a mat on the bathroom

I wish I had included the breakfast when I was booking it would have been cheaper, but the breakfast was really good. Such a nice bathroom but I was not happy with some of the things like there was no brush to clean the toilet, no fridge no water provided for us. I loved the fact that it was very clean, the cleaning stuff made sure we are staying in the clean room.

Provide brushes to clean toilets. Fridge in each floor if its not in the room. Water must be provided to avoid going to the receptionist to ask for water.

The hotel was centrally located in Umhlanga and not too far away from the beach. The staff was very kind and allowed me an early check in. The room was clean and begging and towels were equally fresh and clean. Bathroom was also clean. The room was cleaned and refreshed everyday. The wifi in the room decently fast. There was complimentary tea and coffee in the room. There was an easily accessible ironing room, which was quite helpful.

My room unfortunately had several aircon systems outside and struggled to fall asleep because of the noise of the machines.

Location was perfect as I was attending the "Universal Prayer for World Peace" at River Range Ranch in Verulam. Your prices were very affordable. Your Hospitality and welcome was good. Ms Rumain and Ms Rogini were great hosts. Rogini and her staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beverages and the tasty treats as compliments to the vegetarian and vegans from the Host and Team is sincerely appreciated especially to those attending this Peace Prayer. The staff was very friendly & very helpful. The location is superb. A walking distance from Gateway Mall. A short drive to the beach. Convenient shopping areas & plenty of restaurants. Whenever I'm in Durban that's where I'll stay again. Overall, it was amazing.

There's no phone in the rooms to contact reception. And the wardrobe space is only sufficient for one person & there's no bar fridge in the rooms.

Breakfast was very good from the restaurant

The access card always had to reactivate . The tv channels are too limited and the wifi most of the time was off . So I think those needs to be taken into consideration because sometimes you just want to be in the room for the rest of the day

The hotel is very fancy and contemporary, smells fresh and clean, and has beautiful calming color themes. Beds are comfy, breakfast is great and staff are friendly.

The coffee shop/bar/restaurant was closed before 9pm and there was no room service, so we didn't have a place to chill but this wasn't a deal breaker. The bathroom door couldn't close, we had to use a towel to jam it closed. But overall still loved the stay.

Great value for money. No frills kind of hotel. Basic but tasty breakfast. Clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Not noisy area.

Limited parking in premises. I had to park on street, but it looked like there was armed reaction guarding the cars outside overnight. The WIFI in my room was poor. I was right at the end of the floor. Very limited TV channels - No 24 hour News (BBC, ENca etc...)
