The Hotel is 5 star with Magestic views 😍😍

It's too expensive. Booked for 2 on the website. When I got there they told me that even though the room is for 2 I must add an extra R2000 if I want my partner to stay. I thought that was a rip off since the room was said to accommodate 2 people upon your stay. Also had to pay extra for breakfast for my partner. Checkin was frustrating with all these extra costs we didn't understand where they came from.

Oh!! The Staff at reception, rooms, decor, environment. Everything was beyond our expectations. It's a beautiful space for one to relax and enjoy the beauty. The Spa was truly needed, thank you to the 2ladies Beautiful space.

I wouldn't fault anything on this property, except that, the Christmas Lunch was not a HIT!! Lots and lots of unnecessary dishes were added. Christmas is about comfort food, of which we did miss that. e.g Rice, Beef stew, Lamb Curry, Roasted Chicken, Potato Salad, I'm sure you see what I'm talking about. The food was too much, couldn't get to dessert I just got full. Also the Starters table attracted flies because of the Raw Prawns and Salmon. Maybe if Cheffing dishes were put there also. But over all we had the best time.

This hotel is truly something special! Nestled in nature, Angels View offers stunning views and absolute peace and quiet. 🌿🍃 From my luxurious Earth Grotto Suite, I witnessed one of the most breathtaking sunrises of our trip – right from my window. 🌅🪟 We used this stop as a relaxing break along our busy travel route while exploring the Panorama Route, making scenic stops throughout the day. 🛣️📸 During our stay, I treated myself to a massage and manicure at the hotel’s wellness area – and the service was top-notch. 💆💅 Truly relaxing and well worth it! Both dinner and breakfast were excellently prepared and absolutely delicious. 🍽️😋 And as a cherry on top: the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional throughout our stay. 🤝😊

the facility itself is situated on the hill top, it's divine. it feels like you are in heaven and the hotel is beautiful itself with driend hospitable stuff, always eager to assist. you are given a spoiled for choice with 2bars and 2restustants which depending on what will you like to view while eating.

1.There are no balconies on the hotel to enjoy the fress breeze and exceptional mountain views. 2. The was a pastor dish that had spoilt meat, making my partners stay at the restaurant unpleasant. The manager did however apologize and gave us a substitute meal but even thought it was not on the house. The price of the spoilt meal was not added though

The superior luxury rooms are very spacious, esthetically pleasing and luxurious. The supper and breakfast was very good. The receptionist was an awesome welcome person amd the manner in which they check u in is very welcoming. The views are stunning

Disappointed that we got rooms facing the car park. Was really looking forward to the view from either 407, 408 or 409. Will request it next time. The bathroom in 405 had a little bit of a cement smell. Perhaps some stronger air freshener. The shower pressure also wasn't very hard.

By far the greatest experience of our lives, the food the service and the hotel, wonderful people and a wonderful stay so greatful that we got to stay here, the food is amazing the view is out of this world, and the people are so kind

There is nothing to dislike it’s all good

The views are amazing. Lovely modern minimalistic building structure and modern interior. Location close to Graskop and the panorama route and all the activities around. Very close to the Kruger park gates. When booking, request a room with a view. That's the highlight of this hotel.

Rigid staff at reception, not interested. Everything we asked, the answer was no. room with a view? no. Only a down grade but no refund. 1 hour later check out? no No assistance with luggage on departure. Restaurant was disappointing. Did discuss with manager on duty. My aircon was dripping water down the walls and directly over the luggage rack and my suitcase. A few signs of wear and tear in the hotel and surrounding areas already. Please keep the maintenance up to date. Desk/workspace too high for the chair, or vice versa. Not suitable as a work space. Change the chairs. Mine was dirty.

The view is top tier The staff members are patient, extremely friendly and helpful The rooms are absolutely beautiful with gorgeous views The hotel is beautifully decorated and designed The bar, it’s private There’s a spa on the property so you don’t need to leave the premises The place is quiet

If I have to be picky I would say -the limited options on the menu for dinner -the twin beds that aren’t made to be double/one big bed.

I loved the location of the hotel and my boyfriend was very pleased with the surprise we received for his birthday. He was disappointed that we received a parking view room but it was understandable as I noted that some rooms seemed were being renovated or under construction. I loved the entire place and will plan to come back soon for the bigger rooms with the mountain view. Breakfast was spectacular and the staff is honestly as amazing as everyone raves about!

First impression of this hotel was the drive there. It was incredibly picturesque seeing all the trees. Graskop is beautiful! The entrance to the Hoyohoyo Angel's View was grand and secure. We loved to see a statue of Nelson Mandela in the hotel foyer. The lobby was ultra modern and sleek. Absolutely stunning decor. Top notch. The gift shop and library were very contemporary and trendy. Nicest we have seen. We were very impressed with the modern style of Angel's View. We took 2 rooms: 1 Earth Grotto and 1 superior room. The Earth Grotto room was amazing. The view was superb. It was really a cool place to stay at. The kitchen was an unexpected surprise. There was a welcome dish with fresh cookies, which was nice. The toiletry items were nice-smelling and high quality. The bed was huge and comfy, Lots of reading material in the room. Good water pressure and Wifi. It was only a short walk to the main building for breakfast and dinner. The superior room was nice, modern, clean and convenient to the restaurant. It ticked all the boxes! We wished we could have stayed in the Luxury Room, but they were all booked. Complimentary water was a great touch, too (one bottle was in the fridge and one bottle at room temperature).

I think there could have been better lighting in the bathroom of the Earth Grotto. The restaurant staff I feel were new and not too experienced, as it took over 40 minutes to receive our meals (kids were falling asleep at the table). The food was good, but not memorable. My husband left a 10% tip as he was not impressed with the service (we read it's recommended to leave 10% as a minimum for good service), but was then told by the waitress he needed to leave her more. That was awkward.
