They had to change my sheet but didn't replace it . Also they was no WiFi

Water had an awful taste....but won't blame them i guess it's out of their control. Room was a little small, but I'm not complaining :-) If they can please, try to get fridges for the rooms. We at least were able to get assistance with a fridge the following day we were there ,which we were grateful for.

The other guests on C8 were very noisy since from Friday evening until Sunday in the hours, we couldn't rest !

Breakfast was good, rooms were comfy and relaxing. Garden was lovely for Photos.

Staff was good. Your check in method is very good with everything written.The place is very attractive than the way i expected. Overall i enjoyed my stay i wish i can come back again for more days. bathroom is clean and have hot water. Bathroom is big enough. Thank you for the toiletries.

Wi-fi network was poor. Television was working for few minutes then off the whole time until we left. Head of the bed was dusty. The pool was dirty on Friday night. In the basin water overspread the basin, maybe change the way the tap opens. Aircon does not have a remote

No alcohol and food allowed in your room, that was a real turn off other than that I can't complain

We were happy once we were upgraded as the first room in Block C felt like a concrete building and not comfortable for two people trying to get out of the city. It didn't meet our expectation as per what we thought we were booking. Once moved to Block A, we were happy and comfortable. We had a balcony and a view of a garden with a bigger room space feeling more relaxed.

We didn't enjoy the noise level on night 1. Although we should have complained to the front desk to sort it out. However, on day two, we did complain the minute the noise level went up. Front desk took care of the noise level from one of the upstairs rooms and managed this very well. After that, we were super happy.

I had a great time at Villa Paradiso. The room was wonderful with an extra big bed, not what I was expecting for a budget double room. The site was lovely to walk around, and I can see how this would be a great wedding venue. They also make a delicious breakfast. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

I went during a quiet period, so it was understandable that the restaurant was not available for dinner, but the location is very close to try local restaurant spots.

How beautiful and it is and how close it is with the activities we all wanted to do, and the stuff was so good. I literally give the receptionist man 10/10 very good in his job. I also give the restaurant stuff 10/10 more especially the manager the white man very good, we definitely coming again

The lights in the bedroom was too dark for my liking I was expecting normal top light than side lambs only, the was no fridge and microwave for our leftovers food from the restaurant
