Beautiful exquisite garden, beautiful clean room. Delicious breakfast, well prepared hot breakfast to take away as we were rushing to the funeral service at Oukasie.

No shower caps No glasses to drink water That alcohol is not allowed at your premises thus no glasses in the rooms, I found that to be unfair and not respectful to other individuals lifestyle. I respect other people's religious beliefs and behavior but that your guests aren't supposed to drink alcohol beverages, is imposing your way of lifestyle and behavior to others.. Put it in black and white that Copperwood Hotel is an alcohol free accommodation, so that we can book in other places.

The breakfast was great , so was the common area , aesthetically pleasing . They paid attention to detail as the hotel was suitable for both day and night life .

Although the bathroom was clean , their dustbin had streak marks . The staff in the common area were not polite when they asked me to change my pyjamas to have breakfast . The bed had seen better days as it slowly sinking . The roads to the location had potholes but thats common in every area in South Africa .

The breakfast was great. You had a variety of food to choose from and the staff were excellent giving a great service.

The shower design is poor and make it hard to shower without having water all over. No utensils (like spoons) and glasses. If I knew I was going to come with mine. We ask if they can borrow us a corkscrew just to open our drinks but they do not have it.

I had to drink my juice with a mug while someone promised to bring a glass as they were finished on the trolley. I happened to realize that Copperwood and Platinum swift are one thing which I didn't expect automatically I new there won't be bacon in my breakfast 🙃 Some visitors , our neighbors made noise since on arrival we couldn't rest...I don't know if u can monitor the noise and call to order for other customers peace.

From the gate security was welcoming safe parking,at reception warm welcome. Staff were friendly. Percy made sure we settle in well . Room was as exactly as the pictures 🤩🤩🤩🤩. Enough towels 👌👌👌 They accommodated the microwave where everyone can reach it The following day in the terrace where breakfast was served it was wooow,they served best breakfast. Wish u can add 3rd swimming pool. Overall definitely 100% . Definitely coming back

Everything about the hotel, it is exceptional 👌 superB. After all, we enjoyed our stay.

I was in Room 303, and they just moped without dusting, used to dust with toilet paper 🧻. Can you please fumigate I saw small cockroaches under the basin.

Breakfast was good at but second day still eating same breakfast, so they must change breakfast menu eating something for 3 days ITS A BIG NO NO FOR ME🙄🙄

The cleaners just prepare bed not changing the towel and bedding sheet😠😠imagine using same towel for 3 days, i was not happy in terms of cleaning.

The place was in a very quiet town. But once you enter the premises, you feel like you in a different place. The place is very beautiful. I love the mini pools around the premises, it so beautiful.

The Breakfast seating, The tables are not cleared/cleaned for the next guest to have breakfast, and even when guest seat down, tables are not checked that there is enough utensils on the table. We had to borrow from the next. It would be nice to be seated at a clean table with the necessary utensils.

The property is extremely well kept and neat. The breakfast was also really good,full value for money. There is a lot of security, and the staff are really friendly

The property is not in a good area. We almost turned around and stayed elsewhere. However, once you go inside, you feel safe and secure.

Excellent service, definitely would recommend. The only thing I would recommend is for their restaurant to offer lunch and supper because currently they just offer breakfast. A bar on site would also be a plus. Nothing to really complain about, just suggestions
