The place was very clean with beautiful and quality furniture . Theres a big bath tub and big shower.The place is just beautiful and the breakfast was icing on top of the cake they had a variety on the buffet. The place has 3 very inviting swimming pools. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also have outside table near one of the pools in the dinning area which was so pleasent to sit and have breakfast by the swimming pool. I loved my stay.

The shower and toilet set up. The toilet should be sealed to the top and have its own door. The current set up does not isolate the toilet enough with a little ventilation maybe add a fan that blows automatically when someone is in the toilet so that number 2 smell doesnot fill up the room when one is using the toilet.

Beautiful property. Working aircons. Friendly reception staff and very quick to respond. Security was also quick to respond, they opened the gate immediately whenever we got to the gate, more especially because the surrounding area looks creepy.

1. It was neat but the cleanliness was questionable. We found the side of the fridge towards the bedroom side with spilt coffee. After requesting for room service on our first morning, the basin taps were not cleaned. It makes one wonder if there are more places that aren’t thoroughly cleaned but are not visible through the naked eye. 2. There were no type-C charging ports. 3. There was no smart TV.

Breakfast was good and the food was tasty. Although the place was a bit packed, chefs prepare more food for the clients. The staff members were active and attentive. I loved my stay at the Palm Swift.

I think there should be bathroom doors in the rooms. Bathroom activities should be private no matter who you are lodging with. It is still not healthy to have someone eating or sleeping in the same room with the other using the bathroom.

The place was clean and comfortable. The staff was also helpful.

The breakfast was not great. The level of noise was unbearable and it went on for almost every night until quite late. It was disappointing as it seems no action had been taken on the matter. This is a big downside as we had booked the place for work in peace and manageable amounts of noise.

Breakfast menu was underwhelming, there was no microwave to warm up the food.

Room was so clean and they have 3 swimming pools to choose from. Breakfast was great as well.

1st time eating breakfast it was so cold, I was not happy, 2nd and 3rd time it was better. Cuddlery wasn't so clean including the glasses, even the table where we were sitting they wasn't so clean. The location is not so perfect cos apparently the town is not safe. But the ladies from reception they gave us exceptional service especially Lebogang she was so perfect.

Loved the chilling areas as well as the different pools available to us. The dinner Friday night was very tasty, big up to the chefs and the clean cool rooms in this heat was great.

Friday night guests who arrived for conference made noise till 4am so it was difficult to sleep. Very inconsiderate and unfair that they were not told to go to their rooms as they were behaving like school kids on a field trip. Unacceptable!

rooms were lovely site and spa was excellent, all that's needed is a noise monitor, had some ladies waking up early on a Sunday morning and they suddenly became cacophonic 🤦🏾🤦🏾

breakfast , you should do something about that part, I can't be eating eggs and beans every day
