Location, on-site restaurant, good staff, great facilities, and jacuzzi in the cabana king units was a lovely treat. Heated pools. La vita spa treatments were exceptional. Cabana room set up very comfortable. Guests are allowed to hire the golf carts to use for 3 hours to drive around property.

Fresh towels are not provided every day. Aircons leaked onto beds and stained bedding. Louvers in cabana units are seized and could not be opened. Property requires a little more cleaning and upkeep in respect of the pools. Spa needs to advertise the price rate of the use of facilities more clearly, but treatments were excellent. Lots of insects and monkeys. Doors have to stay closed. The shower needs some sealing with silicon as water leaks out.

Wildlife, peaceful, lots to do for kids, generally well maintained, close to home, clean chalets, generally very well run. SPA on the property is great. Restaurant has lots of great options. Massive property so great for long walks and cycling which the kids loved. Have a cat feeding program. Lots of different buck and they come close in your vicinity.

Some Pools need to be resurfaced as it is brown and looks old. Dishwasher does not clean dishes properly. Aircons make a loud sound when on heating function that does not work properly, smell of sewerage late at night and early morning in one of our bathrooms 176, this was all reported. These are minor things which, hope you can sort it out.

It's a great vacation place. Pools and restaurants. It accommodates everyone, both young and old. The chalet is gorgeous, it's equipped with everything you will need. I'll definitely go back. The staff is great and responds very quickly. It's a wonderful place for a long vacation.

There is no way of contacting reception from the chalet. The number they give says it doesn't exist. Worst part it's the number the hotel sends you. There was no insuit. One had to first get dressed then go to the toilet which was very much inconvenient at night. Though the stuff is very effecient but they need to Improve on the cleaning. Have a supervisor check the chalet after cleaning. No keys on doors, especially the main and shared bathrooms.

The drive through check in was extremely efficient and it was a great idea on Magalies Parks side. It saves you time from waiting in queues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed all the facilities and activities available.

Blinds or curtains on the windows in the unit we stayed in would have been great to block out the morning sun, but it's not a deal breaker.

My husband and I stayed in the King Room. What a beautiful room! The amenities were fantastic. The jacuzzi was constantly on and constantly hot. There were aircons, underfloor heating and heated towel racks, which is great in Winter. There are so many things to do on the resort and endless entertainment throughout the day. The restaurant offers a wide variety of meals and cuisines and is well priced. The food was good. It is great for couples and families who enjoy outdoor activities and wildlife.

There is not much of a hiking trail if you looking for one. We just ended up walking the bike trail along the outer part of the resort. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Accommodation was superb. Facilities on the whole good, park very well maintained. Top pool warm water was divine. Enjoyed the boat trip and mini golf. Sons loved Fred!

VERY loud music at restaurant pool. Put us off eating there. Lack of governance from staff at top pool and chalets with guests playing loud music and drinking alcohol - very off putting and anti social.

My option had no breakfast , it was self catering

Mosquitoes in the room . Suggestion to put a switch to switch off the jacuzzi when done using it its noisy it runs the whole night

We spent most of our time in the waterpark. The kids absolutely loved it. Beds were cozy and LOVED the bigger pillows. Aircon in the rooms were really great with the heat outside I didn't expect a dishwasher! How awesome that discovery was! The food at the restaurant were nice and fast

It would be great if the outside pool at the restaurant was a little bit warmer so we could swim earlier in the day and for longer periods. The warm pool was really nice - just a little small for the number of people who wanted to swim at the same time, but again, it didn't stop the kids from swimming outside :)
