The excellent views; the bed and sheets very cozy and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Fast and strong wifi connection.

The dark towels looked dirty. No hot water at night unless you ask them to switch the geyser on. For some reason, they have to switch off the geyser regularly. The breakfast menu is the same but delicious. The rooms are not soundproof. We had to kill bugs every day. No back up power during loadshedding.

The rooms did not have sound proof hence there was a lot of noise heard coming from the neighboring rooms making it difficult to rest

I loved the view from the Shore House, you get to see the dam. The breakfast was amazing honestly and the staff is always happy to help and very friendly.

The walls are thin, so we could hear the conversations of the guests in the other rooms.

We were welcomed by friendly staff, Juliette who ensured that we were comfortable as soon as we arrived. We met Theresa on our 3rd morning and she too was friendly and helpful. Shore House was beautifully located next to the lake, giving us a gorgeous view of both the sunrise and sunset which we enjoyed watching from the balcony of our room. The room was spacious and fully furnished with a bar fridge and coffee nook. Rooms were cleaned daily also with fresh towels and linen. Breakfast was a filling meal and we spent money only on supper. Parking bays was a snug fit. Advisable to park in reverse.

I liked the fact that it was exactly like in the pictures. Oh my God the view! Definitely out of this world....the place was just a breath of fresh air. The staff were very friendly and always available when needed. I highly recommend the place and I will certainly go back there some other time. Overall, we had a great time....the experience was truly exceptional.

The towels in the bathroom were stained and had a foul smell.

Breakfast offered a number of different options catering for many tastes and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The house is located in a secured area and the process of getting a gate code for every entry/exit was tedious. The road from the security gate to the house was littered with potholes and speed bumps.

The breakfast was good. The staff went an extra mile to ensure that we enjoy our stay. They ordered Champaign for my partners birthday and we had a mimosa breakfast :-)

The breakfast had limited options. The toilet paper in the bathroom was single ply and fluffy, which was not comfortable to use. They could upgrade it to a double ply.

While we were very late for check in, Juliet waited for us and kept contact with us throughout until our arrival. The food prepared by Theresa was very delicious. The property is beautiful comfortable and well maintained with stunning views especially for those who like photos. This place i would recommend, flawless.

It is in a gated community so You need a code from the owner every time you access the gate. Security people not very helpful. Stairs not up to standard!! Every step was different, very dangerous! Not recommended if you have any disability.

As a person with OCDs the room esp bed and bath exceptionally clean and comfortable

Went on a girls trip and didn't like the stairs esp carrying our own luggage. Also please inform the guests before the day of arrival to request a pin and and share location link as the gps kept taking us to boats.
