Location is great spectacular for airport goers - the Waze route is slightly off, but easy enough to figure out. Rooms are neat, surprisingly sound proof - you only hear your neighbour if you're in the adjoining bathroom, otherwise very quiet inside. Only heard one plane, even though they are on the doorstep of the airport. The staff are exceptional! They are friendly, accommodating, seemly well trained, and trustworthy.

There are some very minor problems, like the side lamp not working, the toilet roll holder seems too small to fit a full roll, and the shower head needed some attention (still a good shower though). So very minor, but would bring them to perfect status.

The receptionist Beauty was a beauty as her name states. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were very tired and irate by the time we reached the Lanseria accommodation and she immediately lifted our spirits. She made our day memorable. We ordered food and drinks in the cafeteria. The food was very nice and exactly what we needed. The room was clean and we slept great! We had to leave very early and security was arranged to help us with our luggage and a driver took us to the airport for our very early morning flight. Will definitely visit again.

Absolutely nothing. The staff made our stay memorable for sure!

Location was good,it was quiet and private. The rooms were clean, we like that there was a sink and microwave in our rooms. Our friends rooms were very close by. Ivor Spark was very friendly and helpful to me and my guests.

The parking is not close to the rooms. No fixed braai stands. Only 1 moveable charcoal braai stand and 1 gas stand available in the whole facility. The bed was on the firm side and very uncomfortable.

We booked last minute due to unacceptable other booked accommodation. The staff were extremely accommodating and nothing was too much effort. Every request was met in some way and they were friendly. When there was a problem in the one room, they immediately offered another and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Thumbs up to awesome staff.

The parking could have been a little more accessible to the rooms, but this was a minor inconvenience. It would be nice to have a little washing up liquid and a cloth for cleaning and perhaps some cutlery packs available.

Overall, our stay was majestic and exceeded what I was expecting. Easy to get to and stuff treated us with respect, and they were very helpful. Food served was delicious and we did not wait for too long to get it.

It was our first time visiting the place but there is nothing untoward that I can write about. The place is clean and tidy.

Location - distance to Lanseria Airport was beyond perfect. Staff were all truly friendly and accommodating, meal ordered from the kitchen was great!

TV in the room would make all the difference. Appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea but some basic cutlery could be added (can be requested from the kitchen though). No reflection on the stay, but it was particularly windy during my stay so it might be a good idea to cut back some branches from trees right up against the units as the constant scraping of the branches against the steel exterior of the unit during the night did not allow for much sleep :)

Our only problem is we had to wait a bit in order to be let into the premises in the evenings, we would usually be back around 02h00, maybe a remote would better assist in these cases. Besides that, everything was great, this was our second time there and we enjoyed it. A few of our friends who had heard of our stay there previously booked and joined us again this year. Looking forward to the stay again.

In general everything was good, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff.

Ease of Access from the airport is a problem. Especially if you arrive late at night. Uber does not even respond for this short trip request.

From the staff to the atmosphere. Everything was amazing. These people went beyond expectations to make my stay the most pleasant possible.
