The environment quiet and very tranquil. Staff very friendly and polite. Staff is also very helpful and explain in detail. Very clean place and the rooms are cleaned very well. Thank you

The TV channels are not all playing I had to ask for the manager to explain my frustrations. Guests must not watch soccer news not all of us favour's soccer. The establishment must work on including breakfast in their rates. It is a good breakfast but must be added in their rates. It is not that friendly for kids except for the swimming pool.

The lady Charity that cleaned our room on 22nd March is such an honest person. I left my phn in the room as we were checking out and she found me and gave it to me.. I was very impressed with her and a good asset to the business. The cleaning ladies are all friend and good team work. My stay was a beautiful memorable one and the lodge must be advertised more....its a beautiful place.... Staff are very friendly and that's what makes me want to come back and tell my friends as well about the lodge Keep it up guys

The menu is a good menu...the main meal was excellent but the extras that is added to the main meal must be advertised that an extra cost comes wirh the extras, veggies as an example. We enjoyed the veggies but was not advised an extra cost for that...it must be added to the menu so we see the extra cost. The malva pudding missing the syrup that goes with it...just a note for the chef.. However everything of the meal was good. The service was good and the environment as well Keep it up guys.. The room was lovely, it was neat and clean, it smelt fresh. The breakfast my son went down every morning for his breakfast and said everyone was so friendly, he also loved the food, he would also go down for supper as he enjoyed the food. The one evening he forgot to pay and the waitress came and just reminded us with the machine so we could pay at the chalet. I did order the chicken pot chow mein but found it was too hot for my taste buds, but it definately looked divine.

Breakfast was not too good for the value of the money and the noise at night coming from I don't know if its the club or what nearby it was extremely too much I could not sleep well. And Aircon was blowing cold air only and the toilet was not flushing properly

The room was nice and spacious. I have visited Shumba as part of Wits students attending a writing retreat. The experience wasn't that great as the rooms were untidy and plain. The room I was allocated to this time around was super. I liked the private swimming pool. I will be returning soon for a full-week stay.

The breakfast was cold. Staff members are not proactive. They want to be asked to clean up the table after other guests have left. It was difficult to find a clean table.

Scenic beauty and place maintenance. Although there's room for mprovement, the facilities are well kept and adequate. Guest rooms are distal from the main entrance and reception, giving guests all The privacy and comfort they need. They have an excellent bar with friendly staff and great food.

Not all rooms have a bar fridge for refreshments. We were first checked into a room without a bar fridge and it had faulty bathroom flushing system They redeemed themselves by checking us into a different and better room.

The food was very bad. But everything about the place was fine shame. Although we couldn't use our private pool because it was dirty other than that, the place is quite, spacious and comfortable to be in

We had dinner there, the food was bad, meat was not well cooked, food was very dry ..The roof kept giving me sinus 🤧 because it has that grass smell, a ceiling board would do in that situation for people with my condition
