The environment quiet and very tranquil. Staff very friendly and polite. Staff is also very helpful and explain in detail. Very clean place and the rooms are cleaned very well. Thank you

The TV channels are not all playing I had to ask for the manager to explain my frustrations. Guests must not watch soccer news not all of us favour's soccer. The establishment must work on including breakfast in their rates. It is a good breakfast but must be added in their rates. It is not that friendly for kids except for the swimming pool.

The lady Charity that cleaned our room on 22nd March is such an honest person. I left my phn in the room as we were checking out and she found me and gave it to me.. I was very impressed with her and a good asset to the business. The cleaning ladies are all friend and good team work. My stay was a beautiful memorable one and the lodge must be advertised more....its a beautiful place.... Staff are very friendly and that's what makes me want to come back and tell my friends as well about the lodge Keep it up guys

The menu is a good menu...the main meal was excellent but the extras that is added to the main meal must be advertised that an extra cost comes wirh the extras, veggies as an example. We enjoyed the veggies but was not advised an extra cost for that...it must be added to the menu so we see the extra cost. The malva pudding missing the syrup that goes with it...just a note for the chef.. However everything of the meal was good. The service was good and the environment as well Keep it up guys.. The property is conveniently located near the Lanseria Airport. The rooms are big and spacious and offers everything you need for an overnight stay in the area. The staff is friendly and their hospitality is excellent. Thank you to te guy at reception who borrowed me an adapter to charge my devices.

The WiFi is not that great at the property. It is slow and cannot do any work while I was at the property. They also do not have any adapter in the room or modern plugs with the built in 2 prompt that all modern devices have.

The place was just a hidden gem. The food was a great value for money.

Parking... It was a bit of a walk to the room with luggage

The room was lovely, it was neat and clean, it smelt fresh. The breakfast my son went down every morning for his breakfast and said everyone was so friendly, he also loved the food, he would also go down for supper as he enjoyed the food. The one evening he forgot to pay and the waitress came and just reminded us with the machine so we could pay at the chalet. I did order the chicken pot chow mein but found it was too hot for my taste buds, but it definately looked divine.

Very clean property and beautiful taken care of plants, the privacy is very top notch no one disturbs you during your stay. The breakfast was the best, compliments to the chef Zanele and her team. The staff there knows how to treat guest. Breakfast buffet was nice. We loved our stay and we are definitely going back there. The cleaning staff would come and change towels and clean for us.

Rooms were nice and the environment was so peaceful. It's a lovely place. The Stuff is friendly especially the guy who welcomed us at the reception on Friday night

Breakfast was not too good for the value of the money and the noise at night coming from I don't know if its the club or what nearby it was extremely too much I could not sleep well. And Aircon was blowing cold air only and the toilet was not flushing properly

The room was nice and spacious. I have visited Shumba as part of Wits students attending a writing retreat. The experience wasn't that great as the rooms were untidy and plain. The room I was allocated to this time around was super. I liked the private swimming pool. I will be returning soon for a full-week stay.

The breakfast was cold. Staff members are not proactive. They want to be asked to clean up the table after other guests have left. It was difficult to find a clean table.
