We did not have any meals on site. Everyone was very pleasant. A hiccup on the first night after check in they assumed our room was unoccupied and had someone try to access the room. Security into the premises was good so felt secure being 2 women alone. Spa treatment was enjoyable.

Parking was an issue. Would have preferred an option to pay for preferred parking closer to the rooms. Also the information shared on arrival could have been easier - pointing out of the main areas and where the gym, pools were located. Signage also in the premises was a bit confusing as we got lost getting to the spa and back.

The setting is peaceful and integrated with nature, giving you that feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle

The food. The breakfast is served buffet style but many of the items on offer needed to be prepared. For example the eggs and coffee would go cold while you’re waiting for the bacon or waffles. They should either offer a full buffet or a sit down breakfast. The in between is difficult. We had steaks for dinner that were not prepared well, served with a gluey mash that was not edible.

The staff was amazing Simphiwe helped me so Much with my mom. I would not have been able to take her to dinner or anywhere else without his help. It would have taken us forever to get to places. Anele was also extremely helpful when Simphiwe was not around and busy with other tasks. These two gentlemen were so very kind and helpful. Thank you. The restaurant staff were friendly and food was amazing. I even complemented the chef on his breakfast.

The atmosphere is relaxed. We felt very welcome and the staff were really friendly and professional. The accommodation was very comfortable and overall beautiful. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

When we arrived there wasn't clear signage as to where reception is but that seems really petty compared to all the positives of our stay. Our room air conditioning didn't work so we were upgraded to another room pretty fast.

Incorrect pricing given at reception for carnivore restaurant. Was close to the generator that was very noisy.

The staff was so warm and welcoming and were willing to help with whatever I needed. The breakfast could have been better but it was alright. Over all, I love hoe beautiful the facilities are and I really appreciated how safe it was for me as a solo traveller. The spa treatment was exceptional!!! a very big thank you to them because that was an amazing experience.

Just the breakfast really and I do wish they had smart TV's but that us honestly not too big of a deal. I also do wish there was more activities to do on the property. I also wish the staff were about more helpful in letting me know about which activities I could do because I asked but the information was very vague

Breakfast Buffet was delicious and full of variety for every type of eater. Lovely natural spaces with lots of plants and trees. Rustic and old school buildings. The pool area is lovely would be great especially in summer. Great for family stays and lots of possible activities for young and old.

Big space so there is a lot of walking up and down, might be difficult for wheelchair users to get around.

The location is awesome, amongst the trees, and golf carts to carry you around The staff was really exceptional Beds was very welcoming

The coffee shop /restaurant is sadly lacking in quality food considering the venue, and that there is really nothing else nearby for a light meal I understand not switching on the generator in the night, but there should at least be a candle or emergency light. I went to the bathroom at about 3 am, and just when I was about to leave, the power went off, it took me almost 20 minutes to get back to the bed as it is so dark in an unfamiliar room Very limited channels on the TV, almost as if it is the basic MNet, E TV, SABC 1-3. Surely you can afford a better bouquet

room perfect, breakfast perfect, carnivore restaurant not good: food was not up to standards and service was not good.

For 2 hours at carnivore drinks waiter only 2 times at table (and we had to signal a waiter for that) and for the price we only got 3 meats guys at our table and our salads in our bowls were filled less than half way. We actual went to Misty hills restaurant inside after Carnivore.

I loved everything about this place. On arrival we were greeted warmly at the gate, the receptionists were was warm and friendly ;we were offered refreshments and offered a comfortable waiting place to ascertain that our room was ready. We were informed about the restaurants and told about an event taking place. The ushers accompanied us to our room, help carry the bags and gave us a room tour (room smelled so good).
