I like the location and the food from the snack menu, the shower was big and spacious.

The perfume used in the room was too strong and not suitable for someone with sinus issues. I would suggest that housekeeping reduce the amount they use. Upon arrival, I wanted to relax in my room, but the strong fragrance gave me an instant headache and made it difficult to breathe. I had to sit by the pool to feel better. This was after calling reception to ask if there was any way to reduce the smell, as I thought it might be coming from something plugged in. they can improve on the breakfast menu, dinner was ok, definitely not value for money.

Spacious comfy rooms with all the amenities you need. Restaurant and room service food was amazing. Staff were friendly, attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Gardens and pool were clean and well maintained. Definitely a 10/10 destination and I will definitely recommend and return.

The spa pricing on the website was incorrect and we received a higher quoted price for a couples package after making the booking. This issue could not be resolved timely and we had to cancel on the morning of the booking. Due process must be followed to ensure that pricing on the website is consistent with the actual price charged, as this can be perceived as false advertising.

All the staff were warm, welcoming and so efficient. Spa facilities and massages were phenomenal.. Food was delicious. Rooms were so comfortable. Body products were exceptional. Location felt so peaceful and tranquil. Weekend was exactly what we wanted. Looking forward to my next stay.

Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and hand lotion provided but no body lotion, which was weird. Enquired about this at reception and was told that it's not provided. Bit of an inconvenience as we then had to drive to the shop to get some - luckily not far. First night of turn down service - only curtains were drawn and aircon switched on - bed not tidied, used cups and spoons not replaced. Everything was perfect on the second night, though. Bathroom door was stuck and could not close on the first night and no maintenance staff were on-site to fix but was quickly resolved the next day. Nothing so major that I would not want to stay here again.

Setting is beautifully done with garden and facilities. Luxurious and good service. The spa and also the spa clinic are equally well run and worth booking.

The food taste is great, however no consistency within the menu. No same dish comes as ordered before. So if first order was a favourite, the second won’t be the same. Shared info to FO team and they said a new Exec Chef is due to start soon, so trust that will be fixed. Room service comes with a tray charge but still takes more than said time to deliver and no apology for late delivery.

It was okay that you could order breakfast and they could prepare what I like . It was few people which meant quicker Turn Around Time was expected however staff members were few and were expected to multitask.

Slow service due to understaffing and better planning for this time of the year can help so that the staff don’t have to mop and clean and still take orders and service customers and attend to guests arriving.

The property is in a quiet area with a canopy of trees. It has some nice outdoor activities. We unfortunately didn’t use the spa. It’s a nice space to find your zen and do some introspection . Very private ,amazing pool area and modernly designed .

There was a fire alarm that went off in the early hours of the morning . Sometimes the food was cold or it was evident that had been prepared long before it was served. Lovely staff moral but efficiency could be improved.

Exceptional staff and exceptional facilities! Their service is impeccable! One gentleman at the reception helped me make a last minute spa booking despite them having a heavy agenda. Not encouraging they work beyond their capacity but really appreciated their efforts in going above and beyond expectations for their guests. Breakfast was also splendid! So much variety as we had a breakfast included option. Only the muesli, cereal, yoghurts and pastries were on buffet but eggs and any other option were ordered and served with so much love. Presentation of the served dishes was beautiful!

Everything was amazing. Beautiful setting, luxurious, high quality food at the restaurant, great bar, interior, spacious rooms and bathroom, best room service, loved the delicious treats every night, super friendly and helpful staff. The spa is out of this world with pleasant, kind, caring, highly qualified staff.

Really enjoyed my stay at Vivari Hotel, my friend and I were attending an event nearby so we decided to book here

I was quite disappointed that a Delux King Room did not come with any complimentary wine/champagne

The making up of the rooms were done too Late sometime we will come from going out to town and the rooms will be not yet done, so I decided to call reception everyday before leaving in the morning so the rooms could be done earlier.
