Very clean and beautiful

One couple insuite 6 were too loud and we dope to the security guard and he spoke with that couple for us 🙏🙏

The staff were extremely pleasant (especially Sphiwe), the accommodation was clean and well maintained, the breakfast was great, with a nice variety on offer. The choice of dècor and elegant finishing touches in the establishment is also very pleasant on the eye!

The limited parking space is a challenge but the staff will make a plan for you. I just wasn't too comfortable with the small spaces for a coupè with long doors. They allowed me to park in a larger space infront of the garage (pic included for ref) so despite the limited parking space, I still give the accommodation full marks!

The kind, polite, and helpful staff. General cleanliness of the place. Good provisions in the rooms and lobby. Clean and neat bathroom. All room gadgets work well. Good, simple, and hearty breakfast. Helpful reception facilities (they willingly printed some documents for me). Beautiful location. Secure parking. Great outdoor views.

Wifi is too slow 🐌 for streaming videos (I had to switch back to my own phone hotspot to stream a movie). Not really a complaint, but a small microwave oven would be a great addition to the room, for warming up takeaways and the likes.

The location is safe, the staff was very kind and friendly. The breakfast and wifi were good as well.. My friend and i enjoyed our stay! It was my birthday weekend, and i enjoyed myself. The way we were so comfortable, it was like visiting family..

I didn't like the fact that their Dstv package was that one that doesn't have music channels and other channels like Mzansi magic(161). I'd recommend that they install smart TVs or smart tv box so that we can watch Netflix/ showmax and YouTube music. But otherwise the stay was great!

I liked the guesthouse itself and how clean it was. It's the way it is shown in pics.

I didn't like how the security guards treated us. Around 5pm they told us we were making noise and we should lower our voices. The audacity! Which means we must whisper when we are in the swimming area and later on at night they said we shouldn't talk loud. The neighbors are complaining. They said we should leave the premises and we didnt. We paid for that place and we have every right to talk and have fun.

I loved EVERYTHING. It’s my second time booking at RNB and I’m once again happy. Firstly, the staff were so kind and helpful during my stay, they made my stay enjoyable. The bed was cozy and comfortable, the entire room was spotless and clean and even the pool area was crystal clear. The breakfast was filling and delicious, I could write an entire essay about my experience. It was amazing!

Exceptional service and need to work on Flexibility We met a true definition of The Gentleman, who gave us an excellent service. He assisted us with bags, Most visible staff member who was always available to attend to all guest services. Always willing to offer a helping hand which made our stay most memorable. We didn't know where to start in preparation for setting up fire for braai. He was there to assist. This establishment is blessed to have him as a staff member. He's a gate keeper, host, customer service coordinator,unfortunately I'm terrible with names.

There's no flexibility in terms of breakfast preparation. We requested on a previous morning to have our breakfast at 07:00 the next morning as our itenary was starting early. The lady promised to engage chef to assist. On the day when we got there she said unfortunately they are unable to assist us with our request, The breakfast is served at 09:00. take away packs of slice of bread, beacon and egg on pack which we gave to those who needed to take madication before embarking on our Activities for a day.

The bedroom we had was very clean and comfy. Loved the aircon and balcony looking over Roodepoort. Was a very quiet stay, which was wonderful. Felt very at home and safe which is great. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, perfectly cooked. Toilet though separate from room was very clean and at least we had out own key so no one else can use it.

Having our toilet outside of the room was inconvenient but saying that I knew the toilet was external on booking so was not surprised. I just go to the toilet alot, so next time I know to book the other room. The breakfast though delicious, could be given a bit more hot as it was cold. ☺️

The staff was friendly and professional. The area was also clean, quiet and safe. The guesthouse is really pretty and clean. The breakfast was also served on time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book again

I would have appreciated a wider variety in towels and newer looking towels. We only got bottled water on arrival. I would have liked a bottle for each day of our stay

Where do I start, the place was phenomenal, clean, quiet, peaceful and the staff member Simphiwe such a friendly and helpful person I recommen the place 10times Ohh not forgeting to warm breakfast Everything about that place is 👌 Simphiwe keep up the good job you made our stay so pleasant and my birthday special I'm diffenetely coming back ❤️
