The rooms are too close you can hear neighbor's business at night

The staff, Fire and the bed was so comfortable and hot aswell.

The fact that the tents dont have a fridge and a microwave. And also the fact that when we need cutlery we had to ask first. The housekeeping people they just clean the place change sheets and towels but dont take the dirt out.

It would be nice if they provide basics like cups and glasses in the tent, we could not even drink water

The tents has holes in the floor and it was freezing in winter, no heater

The tranquility and quietness

The tents are too cold. At least try putting heaters that will suit the tents

We loved staying in the tent and it was nice, warm and clean . The place is bushy and very nice for someone who loves pictures like me. The barman was very friendly. The food was amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

The receptionist was not so welcoming. Would have loved a little bit more of good sense of welcoming gesture. Also, the place looks great but could do with some maintenance. Especially the walking area, a little bit of vanish on the wooden slabs. In the morning around 3 AM there was noise from outside. Not sure if it was someone playing from his car or something. But that spoiled the entire experience for us.

The staff is AMAZING. The chalet with the private pool was PERFECT.

The breakfast can improve a bit.

The location was perfect, just what I needed as I wanted a place where I'll be able to escape and relax. Their food was absolutely amazing and the staff very friendly, especially George. Would definitely go back.

The bedding was full of humps and a bit uncomfortable and a bar fridge would have been appreciated.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. I loved the spa bath and the blue lighting of the pool in the nights. Our private dinner was handled with such professionalism from the restaurant it was exquisite 👌.

I think the owner can change the furniture inside and go for newer eye catching small equipments inside. The last night of our stay the blue pool light didn't go on and we so wanted to go for a swim. The people from the Boma made noise on our last night stay, otherwise it was getway me and Mt partner will never forget.

There was an issue with electricity in our room but it was fixed few hours later. The room was cold, so not having electricity the whole morning was a bit off for me, i don’t blame the staff , i blame the owners , i loved how the staff was so quick to fix it but why is the property having the issue to begin with? the owners must make sure that they don’t have this issue again for the next visitors

The property is so peaceful and tranquil. The Staff are all absolutely amazing. The food was great as well. Pool is well kept and near thr bar and restaurant so very convenient location. Tons of trees around which I loved. The views from our chalet were stunning, both during the day and at night. The wood stove was so cute and the staff come to get it set up which is really nice

Chalet was close to a busy road, quite noisy during the day but quiets down in the evening. Bathroom could do with an update to make it a bit more morden but it worked just fine.
