I liked the treatment we got from the staff. They were very professional and helpful when we needed assistance in anything. The only thing was lights were out around 05:00 so I was unable to continue working plus the air conditioning also turned because of the power issue in my room. This happened on Sunday before I checked out.

The massage was definitely not up to standard. The property needs to invest more in it , the gas heater didn’t was not on because the gas was finished. The incense was outside the massage room which defeats the purpose. The lady who massaged me left a few bruises on my shoulders and I noticed that when I got home.

Everything was excellent from the receptionist who welcomed us, the very beautiful room with everything that was promised, the restaurant stuff esp Gogo who gave us such kind service, to the delicious food & breakfast..hey shout out to the chef✌🏾The bedding was very clean, the sheets were being changed daily, the swimming pool clean and the atmosphere was so good. We had a walk around the property and wow! What peace & tranquility! Thank you so much we will definitely call again.

Nothing. Everything ticked the boxes

The breakfast was good and staff catered to our request However I feel the restaurant's appearance and cleanliness is below average. the floors didn't look clean and the table mats look old and dirty , its not a great first impression and possibly needs a revamp Thank you

Like i mentioned previously the Restaurant needs to improves - especially in cleanliness/hygiene because its where we want to feel at ease where we eat We also had dinner at the restaurant and were served double Gin's when not asked if we wanted single or doubles - only when the bill arrived we saw this..

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Beautiful gardens to stroll through. Room and bathroom was spacious and bed was comfy.. There's a lovely play area for kids. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Pool was beautifully clean. We had the pool to ourselves although it may get full on weekends because it's a bit small in relation to the number of rooms on the property. Booked the dinner, bed & breakfast and it was absolutely worth it in terms of value - even the restaurant menu items are reasonably priced. Will recommend for a quick getaway.

The kettle in the room is a bit aged and didn't look good and room could do with a bar fridge.

The executive room was far more than i expected. Spacious and very well appointed, beautiful layout with open bath and huge balcony. Quite romantic. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. Great option for a weekend stay if you're in Muldersdrift for a wedding or conference and very easy to find. Staff were really friendly and professional. They all greet you.

On Friday night we ate at the restaurant. Service was slow, but the food was good. Some other guests were quite rowdy in their rooms late on the Friday night. Didn't like being able to hear the trucks on the highway at night, but it doesn't go on all night.

EVERY SINGLE THING was amazing, the venue is absolutely stunning! the food was out of this world but what made this stay as wonderful as it was, was the staff! Management must be treating them well because they were all so friendly and went out of their way for us. from the security guys, to the cleaning staff, waitresses, chefs (who even cooked something of the menu for my child) Sabrina at the front desk! wow, you all made us feel so valued. They even has a kids play area.

the only ONE thing that could be better, is that our room was the furthest away from the router, so we did not get any wifi. We made it work but it would have been the cherry on the top for us. An extender could do the trick.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious

The restaurant Smiles was disappointing. We ordered 4 breakfasts and it took over an hour to come only to find they brought 2 wrong breakfasts and did not care to advise that there were no lamb and chicken sausages they just substituted on their own with Viennas. So we just paid for 1 breakfast and coffees and left.

We have stayed here before, the staff is always helpful and friendly and the facilities are good, with comfortable rooms.

Very unfortunate kitchen management on a Saturday night, not enough staff and we waited over an hour for our meal, and when we finally received it it was the complete wrong order. Everything was so slow that night we had to drive to get takeaways otherwise we would never had gotten food. This is unusual and not what we expect from Riverstone Lodge. Our previous experiences have always been great.

The staff were friendly and welcoming the entire time. I travelled with two little kids, and they were busy and loud, but the staff definitely included them and made them feel welcome. Loved little feet and the pool- we will definitely visit as a day visitors more often. Guards were welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. Food was delicious. My kids are planning their next visit.

The trampoline was broken- it was a reason I chose this spot...BUT honestly there were lots to play with, they had a few rounds on the zipline and enjoyed the sandpit....I honestly have more positives about this place than negatives!!

The location is next to a river, and you can peacefully walk along the river. The staff was friendly and answered the WhatsApp. I had a small request and it was attended immediately. They also have a spa, which is a great touch, though the spa can use a little touch up to be on the same level as the overall stay. Otherwise I don't have anything I can complain about
