The Premier Suite was great, all the amenities were there as described. I liked that they updated the television to smart tvs so I could access my Netflix. There was enough fire wood during my stay. The rooms are secluded so it makes the outdoor showers great. They have an on-site restaurant and the food is good.

The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable and the overall property was nice.

There is a staff member named GILBERT who was unbelievably rude to my partner and I from the moment we arrived. We were so nice to him the moment we arrived and he gave us such a terrible attitude and we unfortunately had to be served by him a couple of times during our stay and that just made the experience so poor, especially because we’re still not sure why we were treated so badly by him.

The place is beautiful, the food is amazing, the staff is great

They have dogs in the yard, they are unruly, they bark at people unprovoked, they jump in the pool and lick at our drinks. The TV is old, no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Ants everywhere

The resort is such a pristine and relaxing place and the surroundings were so beautiful it felt as if one was transported far away from the city even though we were actually still smack in the city. The unit was beautifully decorated and has a very idyllic charm that I just loved. I just loved the outside shower, my favourite thing by far. We also enjoyed the private little seating nooks created in the gardens, we spent many hours there during the day.

Although the unit is beautiful it was very uncomfortable to journey up the stairs to the bedroom and down the stairs during the evening to go to the bathroom. During our stay the generator for the resort was not in commission and the long hours of loadshedding made the stay not as nice as it could have been. I know that it is not in the power of the resort to do anything about the mosquitoes but we were chowed like a buffet during our dinner appointment on the 1st night and that was also when it was dark due to loadshedding.

It's a charming place with nice facilities, the staff are very helpful as well. It's quite rustic and adventurous. We particularly enjoyed the walk around the compound and swimming in the pool.

The only thing is lack of air conditioning in the units which could cause some difficulties during summer nights. Also I recommend the use of window nets, so you could open the windows to have fresh air without having mosquitoes coming in.

The host and restaurant manager are amazing hosts. They really go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. The place is very serene and best place if one needs some time-out and a relaxing staycation.

The spa facilities can do with a revamp. The massage was not bad. The manicure was however a bit of a disaster. The nail polish application was not smooth and it was chipping the next morning.

The staff Mattheas and Douglas were so warm and friendly. The lodge is situated in a convenient place for leisure, the Bush. They responded promptly to our queries. The food was delicious. We had Ala Carter meals and morning The spa massage twins did a fabulous job the following morning. They fetched us from the lodge next door. Our stay was great 👍

Unfortunately thecTVs in the rooms are very old, monolog. They only have 4 channels that are really not helpful. We need DSTV to watch matches and other interesting programs. Breakfast should not be limited to certain options. I believe clients should have the right to choose between options on what the feel like eating.. With the spa massage, I think addition of a Jacques will be beneficial. Nobody can enjoy swimming in cold water.

Breakfast was good and we had a nice selection. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rustic, yet comfortable. Staff from the spa and Linda at reception and the pool gentleman and the landscaper gentleman and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. Loved walking around the place and looking at the greenhouse etc. The place seems to be adding to the environment by the number of trees they planted as well as the way they have mixed fruit trees in-between.

Room service and dinner is a bit expensive.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable—it far exceeded my expectations. I especially loved the loft setup, which added a unique and cosy touch to the space. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was delicious and definitely worth it. Highly recommend!
