Comfortable hotel. Perfect location for my purposes. Alongside the Silver star entertainment complex so many food options.

They unfortunately have the habit of placing the used room service plates in the passage ways when cleaning the rooms and leaving them there for hours. If you are in and out of the hotel during the day it is quite unsavory. A hotel of this quality should be able to manage this process better.

The privacy and silence in the room was shockingly exceptional, considering our room was facing the casino’s restaurant zone. It was much appreciated.

The shower, unfortunately, had a slight leak onto the bathroom floor. Regardless of the direction, the water from the shower or the handheld shower head still caused a slight leak.

Super perfect staff welcoming us and the room was very clean with views and very comfortable. Breakfast was breathtaking and staff in the kitchen very friendly. Sheets were changed everyday to new ones and when you ask for extra stuff they deliver immediately. We loved the hotel? Worth it.

I liked everything about the hotel, 100/100 well deserved.

The breakfast was good, the wait for an omelette though was unexpected as this took about 10min while standing and the que was not long.

The room 101 allocation which is on the ground floor close to the reception was unfortunate as in the morning you can hear the staff members & guests interactions. Not ideal for the early morning as this wakes you up, although the evening was fairly ok.

Safe, Clean, a lot of eating places on the same premises. The breakfast that is included is really generous buffet style breakfast, friendly professional staff.

The ground floors could do with some patio furniture and a separation between the neighbouring units.

The ONLY thing you need to change is the access people have on the TV. I have never been anywhere where they didn’t offer the YouTube and Netflix. It was very upsetting because it would have been nice to listen to music. All hotels have it even hotels with less stars than you guys so it was surprising.

Bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.

No air freshener in the bathroom.The refreshments are disappointed,most hotels you get a welcome drink like champagne or wine.The balcony has been cleaned in a while,it had a can of coke to show that the person attending that room never touched that balcony.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The cleaner came to clean all the carpets whilst we were having breakfast, which made it very noisy. Would be better to arrange the cleaning between serving hours.

Good location, with access to different restaurants and the botanical gardens. Breakfast staff were pleasant and did their best to cater for guests needs despite being understaffed on some mornings.

Some furniture in the rooms and breakfast area seemed worn and is due for replacement. Some staff uniforms also worn out, torn shirt collars etc. Require management oversight during breakfast. Some food dishes, utensils, milk, etc kept running out and staff was overwhelmed and busy running around serving guests to notice, so would need to constantly find someone to assist. Staff really did try to do their best

The rooms were extra clean. Keep it up Silverstar. It was very cold during our stay,but the air conditioning system was on point. Kept us warm through the cold nights. My wife enjoyed the Spa. Let's talk about food..mmm. so many restaurants within the hotel complex, we tried most of them and we were not disappointed. We had a good vacation.

The fact that I couldn't buy liquor at the casino and take it to my room. Not enough guests parking. On Casino nights we had to use the outside parking lots and it was freezing 🥶
