My previous concerns were taken into consideration The service was beyond expactions, break fast was amazing and enough for everyone .Thabang and Tecent, I'm humbled. The chef who was overseeing that we are served with integrity during breakfast, I thank you.kitchen staff well done and keep up serving us with passion. Housekeeping, thank you for honoring my request. Timothy, we thank you for the excellent service you rendered during dinner. You made my son's birthday special. Everything was outstanding and amazing . I'm looking forward to being hosted again at Boma for a new year Eve celebration.

Waiters from the restaurant where we were watching Rugby match ignored us. They never even bothered to come near us for service. People who found us there were served.we left the place before the match ended because of their behavior.

Super comfortable bed and a warm room! Staff were friendly and helpful. We attended the Pink Drive - all staff were aware of the event and assisted us in finding the venue.

I was told that there would be ashtrays outside as all rooms are non-smoking. I can accept that the rooms are non-smoking, but I didn't see one ashtray near our room nor at the venue for the event. I really don't like to leave cigarette buds on the ground. So we had to make sure we put the cigarettes out 100% before throwing them into the bin at the event. Outside our room was no bin or ashtray, so we had to use a cold drink tin to leave our cigarette buds in.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was fresh and the beds very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. My daughter had forgotten her toothbrush, and they gladly assisted. They even provided a shaver on request. The seafood snack platter at the Epsom restaurant was delicious and so well priced. Checkout was so quick!

The breakfast is slightly overpriced. The selection is varied, but the hot breakfast was not up to standard, as the warmers did not work effectively. The pastries were slightly dry. However overall, everything else was great. The rooms are a bit far from the main hotel, but the spaciousness of the room and bathroom makes up for this.

The hotel and complex is huge with plenty of facilities. Everything is spread out and you can call reception to pick you up in a golf buggy from your location. The rooms were very spacious. Everywhere was spotless clean. Indaba spa was exceptional. Food and drink was great value for money

That non of the rooms provided patio furniture. We had to bring the chairs out from the room. A buffet breakfast was available for 220R. Non of us wanted such a large breakfast so we asked if there was anything available for just pastries. This was not provided however they were willing to accommodate us but at a price off 150R for 1 croissant!! We declined to pay such a ridiculous amount The beds were to hard and pillows were very lumpy.

My hubby and I had an enjoyable Valentine getaway at the Indaba Hotel. The room was very comfortable and extremely clean with the extra touches of the chocolates and towels folded in the shape of an elephant ! It is ideal for a weekend break ...the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices and variety . Ate at the Courtyard which had a wonderful relaxed atmosphere ...drinks were exceptional especially the cocktails. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly be back !💝

The breakfast was so delicious and articulated according to its specific times of cooking and preparing it way of making the eater be satisfied. Their coffee, tea are served with every meal prepared. Really enjoyed everything from their table. The vibe in the morning, during the day and wow the night at the ChiefsBoma. Team work from the staff and the accommodative visitors.

I didn't like my short stay. Wish l could've extended our visit.

The fact that I was double charged for one room!!!! I went to your reception for assistance to be told that I have to query this with booking.com well I did that and booking.com tells me they have to query this with you. It’s been a month I’m crying for my refund. I am tired of explaining the story over and over again with bolts and on social media with no assistance. I just want my refund!

I attended a conference at the Indaba. Very good facilities. Despite the cold weather, all indoor rooms, conference halls etc were heated more than adequautely. The food was very good at the conference with plenty for all, and the staff were couteous and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable with all in-room amenities necessary. The property has recently been refurbished, and all restrooms are clean and modern. I would reccommend holding a conference here.

There could be a map of the porperty on the website, because it is a country hotel with lots of walking. between buildings.

Grace at reception was excellent. She upgraded our rooms to more modern rooms without hesitation. Our stay was great and the Mowana Spa the next morning is greatly recommended. Breakfast at the spa and treatments were excellent. The wine and chocolate pairing at the Taste Room also met our expectations. Supper at the Kings Boma was not great. Maybe because it was during the week and a bit later in the evening. The waitress was amazing, but the variety was not what we expected and experienced at the same restaurant on previous visits.

Breakfast was sufficient, the courtyard restaurant has a great menu and food, and we joined a wine-tasting evening at the Epson restaurant—great food and wine. All the staff right from the guard at the gate were very polite and courteous. Just loved all the trees and birdlife. aircon - superb, black-out curtains were a plus

the sound during the wine tasting was poor, they needed to utilize a mic and speaker. the shower in the bedroom was a little cramped.
