During the 8 nights I spent at this hotel I only had excellent service from door man, to cleaner, to server, to reception and to management... everyone was so helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Brian who made my dining experience memorable! What an amazing waiter, thank you. Breakfast spread was always fresh and so much to chose from. Dinner choices are great. Just a few minutes from Monte Casino and Pineslopes shopping centre.

Room was lovely, but windows are not sound proof. Suggest to choose a room facing the parking.

Lovely receptionist, very helpful. When she saw my mother struggled to walk, she booked us 2 rooms on the ground floor. The guy at reception on night shift was also so helpful to organise us transport after struggling with our shuttle.

The shuttle that was organized by the hotel, dropped us at the total wrong place after we explained to him exactly where we had to be. We were late for our show because of this. It was such a disappointment after the great service we received. He was also suppose to fetch us after the show but we couldn't get hold of him. He was a total disappointment!!

I loved my room, very comfy bed, the TV had all the channels I needed and the shower was amazing. The staff were very helpful and directed me where I needed to go. The breakfast the next morning was also great.

. It was a birthday treat to myself and my family wanted to leave a present in the room, however got told that the gift needed to stay at reception. . The plugs to charge your phone are by the desk and no plugs next to the bed. . Overall it was a pleasant stay and highly recommend it.

I overslept for breakfast, but I enjoyed the lunch meals, The staff were very polite and helpful. As well as being friendly and made you feel comfortable. Rooms were spacious and great showers. I also found that it was particularly quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Especially when you are sleeping. Which is very nice.

I would have to say that the beds are decent but perhaps Iam used to my bed at home. Mainly the pillows I didn't like either one was very big And the other one was a bit to soft, so it would be nice if you managed to get affordable memory foam pillows. Or perhaps from a cost perspective have a few in stock that people could request. Because I know it's not always feasible to outlay new pillows for every room.

All was a state of the art standard. It was quiet and serene. It was comfortable. The linen was quite captivating, pleasing. Curtains were heavy and did not allow sunlight into the facility, very convenient for a morning. Having WiFi was good

There were boom gates leading to the hotel. There was security manning the gate. However it did not feel secure because there was no special criteria of access. You could just tap the button and the boom opened. There was no one asking who you were and some form of identification. In other words, even an intruder could do the same.

Customer friendliness was a good impression on our arrival. Bravo!!

We have had to pay duplicated charges for our meals from the restaurant because the payments we made (as and when we access the restaurant service) did not reflect at the reception at the time of checking out. Refund is currently being pursued but a significant delay is obvious with associated inconveniences.

It was a late booking. From check in to departure was efficient & easy. The beds were super comfortable. The room spacious, neat & clean. Amazing breakfast, both hot & cold. The servers were most attentive.

The breakfast advertised a gluten free option for bread. It was available when I enquired.

My complaint is regarding the unchanged bedding, which was dirty after my second night. It's crucial for cleaners to be vigilant, especially when there's visible dirt on the bedding. Considering that we paid the same amount, we expected the room to be as clean and fresh as possible. ☹️ Can we also get moden charging plugs!! Next to the bed.

I really enjoyed that you offered a smoking room option as this made the stay even more enjoyable as person didn't have to go up and down to smoke. Rooms always smelt great when returning from work.

Just the 1st night that I arrived as went to restaurant for a meal and the service was not very good. Had to get the menu myself and then call the Waitress when I was finished for the bill.
