The place was clean, very neat and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very hospitable. The security was on point and the place is very safe. There is enough free parking. The location is close to tourist attractions like Montecasino, Fourways Mall, Fourways Farmers Market, etc. The place is aesthetically pleasing. 💯🔥🥹

The property can improve on the kitchen facilities such as wine/champagne glasses, pots, cutlery and dish cloths. The pool should be cleaned at all times for those who like to swim in the morning. You should also try selling food for guests (breakfast, dinner, buffets) for convenience. 💔

The breakfast was well prepared and tasty but it was a little bit skimpy.

The time it took to get our breakfast was almost 30 min.

I loved everything about this place. Great customer service. The place is very modern and neat. Value for money, exceeded my expectations. Rooms very elegant spacious. There is nothing not to love about this place. Try it and you won’t regret, they advertise the true reflection of their property. Other properties advertise fancy pictures and write great reviews but upon arrival it’s opposite from what you saw but this place is very great and the pictures don’t show the true elegance of the place. Try them and you will thank me later!!!!!

The friendliness of the staff, they are very welcoming even late at night. The room was excellent everything was clean and the special arrangement for room decor was tops. The bedding is so clean you can smell the fabric softner. It was a cold night and the staff was so pro active to put the heater on for the room and the bedding to help to not freeze. They are very good. Worth every cent. From check in to breakfast the following morning to check out. Thank you

There wasnt anything not to like. Maybe just a courtesy coffee for the amount of people coming for the night in the room.

The place is very tastefully decorated and clean. Night staff, The gentleman who attended to us. I think his name was Steven went out of his way to assist us. What a nice guy. A shout out to the Lady running the breakfast in the morning. Thank U for being so kind and friendly.

The bathroom has no Priivacy between the room. It's all sliding doors. Sand Blasted sliding door would be a better option,bor Frosted Glass door. No Aircon. No Windows, except a small window in the bathroom corner. Fans were not sufficient for the heat we experiencing, although they were kind to supply us with 2 fans for the evening.

Having stayed there three times before, we knew what to expect. However, they had added more rooms within the building, and at the time of booking, I didn't realize I had reserved one of the new rooms. Upon arrival, I was shown to my room and was immediately struck by the smell of stale cigarettes. I promptly said there was no way we would stay there. They kindly relocated us to another room similar to what we were familiar with, for which we were very grateful. The management have some really great ideas of expanding, however I fear that it may loose it bespoke atmosphere and personal touch if they get too big - time and more stays in the future will tell.

Someone forgot to mention we would need to move to another room for the last night of stay. Came as a surprise when we arrived at 9pm that evening. I will say though, the staff did an amazing job at moving all our belongings to the new room - almost exactly how we had left it in the previous one.

Hidden Gem, so lucky I booked it. Better than many hotels that are rated to be 5 star. Every room is massive, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, stand up large fridge, large TV, stove, cutlery, microwave, double basin, massive wardrobe space, safe, ac, free Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry services, very safe compound, massive breakfast/ dining room, free breakfast, bar for adult beverages, beautiful garden, swimming pool, spa with full beauty and massage services. Need I say more? Ohhh almost forgot, wonderful staff and Manager, from front desk to housekeeping and security. All for less than half of a 5 star hotel with tiny rooms.

The overall service experience was exceptional! From the location, facilities, every single staff member. They were very helpful, friendly and offered superb service (from the security to every single member on staff during my stay at the hotel!).

I got exceptional value for the monies paid - I loved my experience at the hotel! I went to the hotel to get some time out and to refresh and it was just what the Dr ordered:) Keep up the exceptional level of service!

Everything was great. The room was spacious and comfortable and I love dark rooms where light doesn't penetrate the room and it gave me all that. So we had a very peaceful and relaxed sleep. All staff members were friendly and welcoming

There was no shower cap in the room. We ordered lamb shank, the menu said R280 but I only realized when I was at home on the statement that I was charge R374

The hotel is not so far from the highway so easy to get to place. Your car is safe as they have a closed in car park. Guests can only access the room area with an access card so it is safe. The rooms were very clean and the huge flat screen TV with all the online shows was great. They also have a fridge which other hotels don't always have.

That there was no tea or coffee in the room.
