The hotel was amazing. It was clean and trendy. The beds were so comfortable and the room had everything you could possibly need. Although they did not have breakfast, you could eat at their sister hotel or the many options available at Monte Casino as it is literally right on your doorstep. I thought it was far or that you would have to walk far to get to Monte but I was so wrong. It's so close that the entrance is at the hotel as you exit to your left. It took us seconds to walk there. It is so close to entertainment that it should be classed as a resort. The staff were amazing! Super friendly and understanding. The cleaners did a great job, most places I have stayed, the cleaners even use a dirty mop or so it would smell. But not here, they did a fantastic job. It felt like a whole new room every day. I couldn't be more happy with this hotel.

It was near the casino and very central to Fourways, Sandton and westrand. Great restaurants in the neighborhood. A young, beautiful yuppy minimalistic hotel. Thanks God there was a very well functioning and silent type of air conditioning

Pls be more transparent about the fact that you have no elevator. Had to call reception for an iron with my cell phone…. Not ideal for long couple stays.

During my recent business trip, I had a pleasant experience at Hotel Perte. The friendly staff made a significant difference, providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile to ensure the cleanliness of the unit. I particularly appreciated the fresh bedding and sheets, along with the daily cleaning service, which contributed to a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I found Hotel Perte to be a convenient and reliable choice for a quick business trip. I look forward to returning in the future.

One drawback, however, was the lack of a designated area to enjoy breakfast within the hotel. A small space for guests to sit and have a meal would greatly enhance the experience

Most grateful if booking.com staff could contact us on price paid for our stay of 2 to 4 March 2025 at Perte Hotel which we paid on the high side compared to what we could availed of 😕 Family was upset, upon arrival and at the start of our holidays, since we could have enjoyed a better direct rate with Hotel Perte but instead we had made our booking with Booking.com being long loyal customers. We were left with no alternative than to cancel our 2nd booking of 9 to 11 March 2025 booked through booking.com as lower price was obtained. >>> We hope that booking.com could look into this matter and apply the match prices guarantee policy since we feel that we could have paid less for our stay for 2 rooms from 2 to 4 March 2005. The Hotel is located on the Montecasino property, with access to the casino and food court close to the hotel. Hotel is within the secure premises of Montecasino, short walk past the bars and outdoor restaurant and courtyard. There's free underground parking, which requires the room key to enter. Four-Ways Mall is close by, maybe 10 min drive. Quick and easy to reach the hotel from the main roads.

It was as expected, the features are modern. There's no on-site restaurant but room-service is available. No lift however the stairs are easy to navigate and fairly short.

1st place I ever been to & there no toilet brush. All the rooms that I know if have a picture hanging on the wall of Leonardo da Vince which is quite tasteful but the one of Marilyn Monroe with her famous blowing white dress is always upside down with her face at the bottom which I find more annoying than humorous or whatever other effect they were trying to create. The coat hangers suffice for shirts but place for a ladies longer dress or evening gown. But all in all it was compact and basic for the needs of a one night sleep over to attend a live show or gamble. Also minimum areas to leave something behind, despite all good searches, I usually always leave one thing behind..like a plug or cell cable... But this little place was fine The soft clean comfy bedding was divine

Apart from the lack of a toilet brush..a first for me. All was well. Other input was just for consideration... As would be provision for a 2nd cup of tea or coffee..one for arrival-lovely.. But one more when you return, tired, from the show. We bring our own.

The location and proximity to Montecasino with wonderful restaurants, entertainment and cinema. The linen is lovely and the staff is so helpful. Having parking downstairs was also so convenient. I felt safe at Perte.

The sound of air conditioning was very loud during the night. Really noisy when it switched on and then off. It rumbles loudly and clangs when it goes off. This was air conditioning from another room. At some point ,someone was playing quite loud music in the hotel.

It Is a lovely little hotel in the most wonderful and secure environment with all types of restaurants as well as plenty of fast food outlets all in the complex...basic needs provided in the room including a room service menu and it's ideal for a short stay especially a loner business transit kind of visit rather than a family vacation for which it might be a bit too compact for that. Other than that it is a really lovely establishment.

I can't think of what I didn't like about it because I go there knowing exactly what it is they're offering.

Great location and funky hotel. The bed and pillows are good, and the bathroom is spacious enough for 2 people. Parking is good and enough space.

The bedrooms are very small, and if you travel with suitcases, there is not a lot of space. For 1 night, it is ok though. The lady behind the counter was nice, but didn't feel very service-oriented. You can't order beverages in the hotel, and you are not allowed to buy them somewhere and take them to your room either. You are only allowed to order through a delivery service. No water in the room either.

Location

Arrival by car is a disaster. Security guard directing traffic is untrained. Arrival is at a traffic circle in front of reception door. You can’t park at hotel underground until checked-in, so you must drive to the reception door. Not allowed to park there but must check-in before getting parking access, how? Must take luggage out car but can’t leave the car to check-in, how? How ridiculous is this? If you ignore this weird instruction you block the traffic circle with cars behind you unable to proceed.
