The food - Breakfast and Dinners were amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our 2 night stay! We had an awesome time. ;-)

Overall we really enjoyed our time, but minor things like bedside lights placed but had no plugs to be able to use them seemed strange. On arrival, were told you had to make use of their food and drink options - no outside food or drinks allowed (bit strange really)

The balcony view was great, the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything you need.

The shower was falling apart, it looked old. The breakfast in the morning was not replenished so it felt like we got scraps by 9: 00.am

Breakfast was enough, nice and filling. The room was great, we liked everything about it, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also catered for my request with regards to the room. There was aircon which assisted with the heat.

There was a big group that was also in the hotel, they made a lot of noise (music, talking, singing and laughing) until the wee hours of the morning in our passage, they made it difficult for us to sleep peacefully. They also blocked the way with wooden benches, we struggled to pass.

The Venue is a beautiful resort and I enjoyed my stay there. I would come back again in the future. It is accessible from main highways and I felt safe and secure during my stay.

Shower - the door to the shower is not functional and people of a bigger stature have difficulty fitting into it. Also the shower door was not closing properly on out 1st night and I had to call maintenance to assist. It was fixed but still water leaks out whilst showering.

The breakfast was good. Nothing over and above what was expected. The rooms were spacious. The Braai dinner was good value and bar area and fire place were a winner The staff were a pleasure. A thank you to Anthony for service with a positive attitude.

The shower door was unhinged which I had to put back on the rails on arrival The toilet set was on the side of the toilet which I had to reconnect to the toilet Curfew by the bar area. It would make more sense for the bar area to remain available due to lighting and if drinks need to be stored in the backroom, it would make more sense.

The staff at the eating hall were very friendly. Front desk lady was friendly and housekeeping was respectful. I liked the cocktails, the outside play area and pool area. I loved the big bed it was super duper comfy.

The restaurant menu could do with a little more variety for small dishes. The grass near the pool had bottle caps laying around. And I would've given 5 stars if I just had a fridge in my room. We drink water all throughout the night and couldnt have it cooled, neither could I keep my babys food cool and I couldnt warm it up. Not baby friendly.

Loved the location , the quietness and that it was close to lion & Safari park. The money paid included breakfast and dinner

The shower could be cleaned better

Being a vegetarian is always a challenge wherever I go. I spoke to the chef Oneness and the junior manager Anthony and they ensured that I had the Best food the way I like it. Oneness is a very talented and uprising chef. Very impressed with her dedication and passion. A Special thanks to Florence at reception who ensured we had the best room and ensured we had a fridge as it was extremely hot.

There was initially a few misunderstandings and miscommunications between the staff but was quickly resolved by Anthony and Oneness.

I enjoyed my stay. The place is beautiful and relaxing, rooms were always kept clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Anthony, Pogiso, Florence, Siyabonga the chef 🧑‍🍳, and everyone else. You are the best. Thank you so much for the warm welcome.

Please fix the shower door and add a bar fridge in the room.

The food from breakfast to dinner it was soo good and it was buffet at very affordable price , the staff that was serving, wow what a lovely people. not forgetting the chefs kudos to them we enjoyed the foods.

I wish they can put some mat by the bed otherwise my expectation was exceed , this hotel its value for money and very affordable
