The overall atmosphere is very nice and relaxing, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help The room was lovely, the property is about 15 min away from the main road so it’s super close to restaurants

My personal preference is a slightly softer bed haha But, and this is really nitpicking, I did think it could be sliiightly cleaner. Like the jets in the tub And I do think the balcony by the rooms could be a bit more attractive. Maybe a different table and a plant

The property is a large family home run as a guest house. The top level rooms facing the lake have great views. Other rooms would miss this out. The breakfast was very professionally served and delicious. It was like staying in a family home. The decor was stylish

We stayed in a lake view room with a balcony, which meant we had to share a bathroom. Fortunately, there were few guests. There was no sign outside the property, so we drove up and down the road as the Google Earth marker didn't pinpoint the property but indicated a property further up the hill. The bed was not comfortable and sagged in the middle The property had no method for dealing with electricity outages, so even hot water was stored in an electric kettle, and toast was only available from a non working electric toaster These small points could easily be rectified ( except the lack of ensuitectoilet in one of the nicer rooms that we occupied )

Friendly staff Really loved that the aircons work! 😊 I love that the plugs and lights work even during loadshedding. The house is close to most fun places. So peaceful and quiet. We asked for help twice, and both times we were helped immediately. Comfortable bed and amazing pillows ❤️

The pool didn't look clean, and because it's so hot, I would've loved to swim. TV had only one channel.

I liked the house and it's location...beautiful. Terrence is a pleasant guy. Mavis, Charles and Epson were also very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Indlovukazi. We had the whole house to ourselves

The house is not very clean especially the outside...patio and the scullery which also work as a laundertte. The furniture in the lounge need to be modernized. The bathrooms also need a revamp...those steel furniture are outdated and rusted The house needs new interior decoration The garage which is kept as a store room need to be cleared

Breakfast was so yummy and the Staff that was preparing it was so firendly and the food was enough and the location took me straight, I didn't have to call for directions. Your service delivery is exceptional.

Not that I did not like but just we struggled with WiFi connectivity in the room we were but thank God I carried my rooter Secondly, it is possible to put shelter for parking, this place is so hot and the sun was blazing, it would nice if we park our cars under the shelter

We stayed in room 7 which is was so beautiful. There were views of the dam from the bathroom!! So stunning. I expected some rubbish stay because the views were off but my partner and I had a good time.

Cons: Some balconies link with a guest so if you have a neighbour just hope they don’t walk into yours. Cons : there were only two workers, I hope they get paid well considering all the work they do

The place is quiet and good for meditation.the lake view wow . morning breeze excellent

Commination currently is central and there is some delays in responding incase of emergency, for example heart attack needs immediate medical ntervention.To make a plan to fastrack internal communication especially at night

Great view, rooms have huge beds and generally the staff were polite and very easy to understand. they were also very accommodating to the few requests that we did make. Great location as well with a nice view of the damn.

We stayed for one night, I think their rules on smoking of hookah pipes is a touch excessive, but they did explain the reasoning behind it and we respected that. Really was not much to not like at that place.

Jarvis (the caretaker/ receptionist) was very friendly and helped us to take our luggage to our rooms. Check-in was also very quick and easy. He even fixed a concern regarding the second door as it had problems getting locked. The place was clean and the room was spacious and comfy. It was a quiet and chilled place, with a lot of space to hang out. It is also safe and the view was nice.

The Wi-fi was, unfortunately, really terrible. It was hard to stream on the TV or use it on our devices. The microwave could have been cleaner.
